DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR APPLIANCE AT The Home Depot. - I purchased a Sa...msung fridge on Oct 08 supposed to be delivered on Oct 15. They did not deliver the fridge as scheduled. Then they said they will deliver again on Oct 17. - NO SHOW. Then, they said they will deliver it on Oct 18, NO SHOW & not even a phone call. Today, Sunday Oct 19, I went to The Yorkdale store (where I made the purchase) to get my refund as I am very frustrated with their services. The appliance rep told me " There is nothing we can do today. We already paid Samsung, we have to get our money back before we can refund it back to you etc etc...this may take 2 - 3 business days and THERE MAY BE A RE-STOCKING FEE !!!???" Well, hello, I paid The Home Depot for my fridge but now I have to make sure The Home Depot gets its money back before I can get mine. On top of that, I may have to pay for a re-stocking fee for a product I have never received !?. I will never shop at The Home Depot again. NO DELIVERY, NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND (yet). See More
