The food. The owners. The staff. The atmosphere. All amazing! We are so lucky to have this place in our back yard. My son and his wife are in the service and travel all over the states and world.... When they are home they always ask to go to The Wild Hare Café. See More

Had chicken pot pie today, very tasty. With dessert it was just right. Quaint place, worth the little drive.

A charming venue and delicious food makes this restaurant a fun place to visit. The gift shop is unique, carrying antiques, kitsch and awesome art by local artist Felicia Olin. The cafe menu carries p...erfect tea-room type lunch fare - salads and sandwiches, along with homemade pies. I had the turkey spinach wrap, wild rice salad, and coconut cream pie, and my friend had the asparagus quiche, three-bean salad and butterscotch pie. It was all delicious and homemade. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great place to sit and visit with an old friend. :) See More

Fresh, homemade foods, sampler plates, desserts are like Mom made surrounded by an atmosphere that is cozy and quiet even when there is a crowd!!! It's part of the old Route 66 so there's memorabilia... and even the old timed candy, NOT to forget the jams and jellies from Amish country!!! Antiques, too!!! And wait till you meet the owners, Peter and Andrea!!! You are soooo at home in their company!!! ENJOY!!!! See More

I love this store, the restaurant and the people. Peter and Andrea are the loveliest people that you will ever meet. It was an accident coming across this place. I'm so glad we did. It's a magical... place that you feel so welcomed to. We've been coming for almost 12 years. I can say it feels like coming home. See More

One of my favorite places to eat.

2018 painting classes will begin again this spring with art instructor, Renee Baldwin Sisk.
