Congratulations to former ICERM board member, Guillermo Sapiro (Duke University), who is the recipient of one of four of The Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) grants as part of their 2019 Novel Outcome Measures in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He will develop digital behavioral outcome measures for autism spectrum disorder.

SFARI has awarded four grants in response to the 2019 Novel Outcome Measures in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) request for applications. These grants will support the development and validation of outcome measures aimed at assessing core symptoms of ASD and behavioral changes following treatment.
