I'm using InVision for a lot of my prototyping and presentation tasks and it is really great for simple user flow demonstration and hot-spot prototyping. The workflow super easy and the integration with Sketch is just a perfect match. I definitely recommend it!

Payment Declined

Pleas check this. There's nothing wrong with my card and this is twice its happened ...

The error that we are seeing on our side is the following:
The transaction was declined due to insufficient funds in your account. Please use a different card or contact your bank. You will need to contact your bank or use a different card to rectify this situation.

As mentioned previously, you will need to contact your bank or use a different card.

and as mentioned twice before my card is fine yet it seems to be getting declined. how do you think we should resolve this as ive already added my card twice and your system keeps giving me errors on a number of different occasions. you can keep sending me emails but its not really helping.

To cancel your account, please follow these steps:
Log into your account.
Click on your name at the top right corner, then click View Profile.
Click Billing from the navigation bar under your name.
Click Cancel Plan.
Select Downgrade Plan and choose the Free Plan.

When we View Screen from web invisionapp, why don't you allow pressing ESC (escape) key to return to prototype screenshot list?? That will help user alot. Most of people in my company tried to ESC to quit View mode, but it's not work and they think InVision have a bug.

Overall, super awesome. The app can get a little glitchy and the mobile experience could be developed out a bit for viewing moodboards, etc. But, don't let that stop you. It has boosted our flows considerably. Also, plays well with Sketch.
