There is so much we love about this library! We have been visiting the library for a little over a year now. I have joined different groups, enjoyed many craft times, and made many friends. My son is ...19 months old and loves the library too. He loves exploring the kid's section, finding new books to read and playing with the trains. We love the summer reading program as well as the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. This library and the staff there have become a regular part of our life. We visit at least once a week. I love the selection of books for both myself as well as Kaiden. And this library participates in NC Cardinal which is really great for checking out books from other libraries. I love the staff. I consider so many of them friends. I highly recommend checking this library out. See More

I just found this library and I immediately loved it!! I have 2 boys so we went to the children's part of the library. We go about 4 times a week simply for the boys to play with other children in the... programmes they have, like toddler time, story time, free lego play and Morning Movers. There's plenty of books that are very age appropriate, puppets, stuffed animals, bean bag chairs and computers for fun learning! I absolutely love this library and am so thankful for it! My boys love it too! See More

The library has always been my favorite place. I spent hours as a child reading and doing research here. My children were brought to the children's programs often. The NC Cardinal state system makes i...t possible to find any book that may not be available at your local branch. The adult and summer reading programs are awesome. My family loves the arts and crafts programs all through the year. I check out many books every week to read! See More

If I could rate it 100 stars I would!! The ICPL is such a wonderful community resource with so many activities for children. The staff works so hard to organize fun storytimes and other day-to-day act...ivities/events, and I hope they know how much their efforts are appreciated. My daughter and I love our library! ♡ See More

I have to come here for work and there is always someone on their phone talking very loud . Last week a guy answered his loud phone and then had the audacity to put on speaker so we all could hear his... conversation with his woman ! Children screaming and crying sometimes, not a good work environment! I have sent several emails to the library because no one says a word about this crap ! Like it's a normal thing! See More

Have you thought of making a Facebook Iredell County Genealogy Group so those with ancestors in Iredell County can have a place to post questions and the library to post information of interest to the... group. I think it would be very nice. I have a lost ancestor that I cannot find in Iredell County in the 1940 census and I don't know where else to turn. Thanks. See More
