Took my husband for the first time about a week and a half ago. He's in a wheelchair, and tires easily so I have to push him about half the time. The hills make... it hard to get around sometimes, and even though it wasn't that hot I was in heat exhaustion by the time I got back to the car. Had to sit in the air conditioning for 10 minutes before I could drive. Two things that would help: more shady spots to cool down and rest, and more directories so we can find where we want to go without stumbling around blindly. See More

This is definitely one of the most beautiful shopping center. It is also dog friendly. We love petting all the cute corgis there. There's a mini water park for ...the kids, great restaurants, and shops. We enjoy the hidden gem places like the Japanese strings candy which is delicious and the pretty macaroons place called Honey and butter. We live in San Diego now and this is a must stop place every time we go. See More

The spectrum is nice but god forbid you have a family member that works there late (forever 21) after center closes and you wait for them security will hassle y...ou I know they have a job to do but when a company is always notorious for holding their associates well after center closes you would think by now when you mention to them your waiting on someone to get off work and tell them who they work for they would drop it but no and it readily happens and it's not like we are in a different vehicle every time either. Great food, theater is over priced. The only real entertainment is the Improv, the lazer tag and maybe the ferris wheel? Put a bar or a club in here...Put a liv...e jazz band on the weekend or something!
If you want to eat this place has great food.
If you want entertainment though....there's a comedy club and thats pretty much it.

Used to be a great place to take the kids to play have lunch hit up target. Then Irvine company decided to take out the play area!!!!! I literally haven't gone months now used to go pretty often like every other week. Now my kids have no interest I. Running on a blank love of fake grass I have no interest in chasing them down. The Irvine Spectrum center is a beautiful place with great stores but no suitable for older or people with handicaps. There is too much walking need. I was in... a lot of pain being there trying to get from the parking structure to Javiers for dinner. My daughter was in a lot of pain also from all the walking necessary to get there. See More

I work close to Irvine Spectrum and I spend my lunchbreak having a leisurely walk along the shops and restaurants. I really like the variety of retail stores as well as the range of F&B selection within the development. Always a pleasure to visit and to shop.

Love Spectrum, it's more than a shopping centre, it has great restaurants, movie theatres and Improv theatre/restaurant. The outside areas with fountains and sitting areas add to the charm. The big wheel and carousel add to a great experience.

I go there quite often and I really like it there! It is always clean and most people are friendly that work in the shops! Lots of places to shop and eat! is not always the greatest but it's like that everywhere! One suggestion is put more seating for people and with shade would be great over some of the chairs! See More

My family will no longer visit the Irvine Spectrum. I am not okay with this invasion and overreach using robots to scan, record and remove information from our ...devices. If you actually cared about security at the Spectrum you would hire REAL PEOPLE that would be able to act quickly in the event of an emergency or crime. See More

We went there this past Saturday evening after not having gone in many months. We had the best time! It has changed so much. The main change being that the w...hole Macy's store is gone!! We met family there and had such a pleasant time watching The Good Foot perform at the main stage area near the Ferris Wheel. Everything about our visit was perfect and we will be returning for sure. Awesome place to visit, shop, and explore. Restrooms were a bit hard to locate though, but that is the only complaint, especially when you have kids.

Pretty nice shopping area with lots of choices for dining. Relatively clean and I've never felt unsafe. As with most malls there seems to be an abundance of middle school kids just hanging out.

Don't quite know what's going on with plumbing/sewage issues, but from the parking structure walking towards Woodranch SMELLED SO BAD. It smelled like a cross b...etween rotten food, sewage, and vomit. The entire walkway. I almost lost my stomach. It was like that while we were walking to the movies and back. See More

I love going here to walk around with my love, however with all of the construction it's hard to get around and to find parking...

This is a lovely outdoor space full of music, good food, and plenty of shopping options. It is clean, safe, and fun.

Rather small as outdoors centers go, plus it lacks a good design on the traffic flow and family entertainment like the train (which is ridiculously poorly planned), but the Ferris wheel is marvelous and the decor is lovely.
