I would argue that, as the largest muscle group in the human body, that the GLUTEUS MAXIMUS may be the most important muscle group of all. 🍑 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑
However, in our sedentary society, we tend to spend a lot of time sitting on our butts instead of using them.
This has lead to an an epidemic of flat, flaccid, underused Bootys 🙈🙈🙈*******************************

“Gluteal Amnesia” is a term used for under active Bottoms (glutes). This is basically a result of too much movement and loading at the lower back instead of the hips.
But do not fear because there are many ways to improve Glute strength.
