We have the pleasure to announce that tomorrow our drummer Rickard inaugurates a new rock bar in central Stockholm:
METAL HOTEL - in association with "Hotellet" at Linnégatan 18. The gates opens Saturday Nov. 30 at 10 p.m.

"Ett nytt band med Lost Horizon-bekantingen Wojtek Lisicki på gitarr måste givetvis kollas upp. För ett nytt band måste det räknas som. Från det original-Jaggernaut som jag är bekant med sedan tidigare och som släppte en demo för tio år sensedan återstår endast sångaren Niclas Lideskär (även ex. Full Strike).
Musiken har tagit ett rejält steg framåt. Gr...unden är fortfarande power metal (wtf igen?! /Jag.), men det är hårdare och betydligt mer progressivt och modernt sound som bandet presenterar idag. Det är givetvis oerhört kompetent framfört men lite svårt att ta till sig live om man inte lyssnat in sig på låtarna innan. Jag är heller inget större fan av de mängder med förinspelade syntar och diverse blipp-ljud som musiken dränks i. Bättre är det när Jaggernaut koncentrerar sig på att spela slagkraftig power metal (:/…/Jag.) utan alltför många syntetiska hjälpmedel.
Med det sagt väcker låtar som "Sophisticated Machines" och ”Scavengers Of The World” ett fortsatt intresse för bandet. Niclas gör också sitt bästa för att domptera publiken och med sitt teatraliska utspel dominerar han scenen som ett fullbordsproffs." Meer weergeven

"Let’s check out Jaggernaut on the Rockklassiker stage, can’t be any worse than Amon Amarth right? Much better, they have a power metal-ish (wtf?! ^^ /Jag.) sound and they seemed really into their show, possessed almost.
The crowd here is really enjoying it with fists in the air and heads banging all around. After the song I joined during the middle of we got "Scav...engers Of The World" as it was announced and then band introductions. I’m not a big supporter of this kind of thing during a shortened set of 40 minutes as it just takes time away from the music which should be winning you over new fans. Maybe if it was without the few seconds instrument playing when you’re introduced it would be much better, but none the less I liked what I heard and will try to find their CD’s. "All Dancing Fools" was a great sounding composition as I wandered off in search of food, beer and a good spot for KISS in about 40 minutes." Meer weergeven

Yesterday we resumed the mastering of the Jaggernaut album after a longer break due to gigs, vacations, other priorities. Just received 12 mastering song-samples with micro differences. Sounds like a proper assignment for us. Electron-microscope re-on.
