I bought a 2015 Fusion had trouble with the backup camera from the 1st month. I brought it in a few times they even had it for a couple of days. Never fixed the problem even after installing a new c...amera. I got it back with a camera that worked about 90% of the time. I still end up putting anything I purchase in the back or front seat because if the camera is working and you open and close the trunk chances are the camera will go out. Over the past couple of months I've been lucky if the camera works once a week. I'm starting to hate this car because it aggravates me every day when I drive it. I'm wishing I never set foot in the Jannell Ford dealership. God forbid the car has a real problem. If you can't fix a stupid camera how could you ever manage to fix a real big problem. The scary thing is when you're at the market and you go to back out of your space people just assume a new car has a functioning backup camera and they just walk right behind the car when the backup lights are lit assuming that you see them. I didn't want to do business with GM since they couldn't be trusted any more and their new cars were badly designed. I thought buying an American made Ford would be great for me that was a big mistake. I won't make that mistake ever again. See More

I have been a Jannell customer since 2013 (F-150) and my wife since 2004 (Escape). We just bought a 2017 Escape Sport Edition and we love it. So much innovation in the motor alone - direct injection t...urbocharged 1.5l 4 cyl that puts out 179 hp. It moves nice. And it looks nice too. Jack Bresnahan was our salesperson and he was great. I have had my escape since I bought it new in 2014. I have only driven 11K miles so all I have need is Oil Changes and 5K checks and a sticker. The whole experience has been professional.

I just wanted to take a minute and say that I had a really great experience recently at Jannell Ford of Hanover. After years of buying used trucks, I decided it was time to buy something new. It has b...een 20 years since I've bought new. I shopped around online and after finding the SUV that I wanted, the folks here went above and beyond to get it for me. My sales associate, Tony Maggio, was a big help. He made sure I was comfortable with the 2017 Escape I wanted and took the time to show how every feature worked. There was never a hard sell or and pressure to buy during our talk. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. On the day I picked up my new Escape, he took the time once again show me all the features and to introduce me to several people around the dealership who would be there to help if I should ever have an issue. I was very please on how everything transpired and would gladly recommend Jannell Ford of Hanover to all my friends and family. See More

I have been using Jannell Ford for service since I bought my beloved Escape in 2006. I have never been disappointed. The service department works hard to help me with my budget needs (I am a Senior C...itizen) and only suggests work that needs to be done. Took the auto in for warranty service. I'm very picky, (that said) all but one thing done to my satisfaction. Took back to get the one thing corrected and was assured all set. Problem still not correc...ted, Jannell service closing for the day so I took the vehicle to another shop. The other shop said free diagnosis, if they find something they would call. They called, $90.00 later the vehicle is fixed to my satisfaction. Jannell found out that I wasn't 100% satisfied and went elsewhere so they contacted me and reimbursed me the $90.00. I never expected that to happen. For all of you reading this, it's not a perfect world sometimes things happen. Don't keep quiet if you're not satisfied, bring it up to the service management team. Know matter what dealership, get it resolved and leave 100% happy. Jannell you almost lost me, BIG thanks for reaching out to me and making it right. I am 100% happy and will be back. See More

The service department is great. The guys are helpful and accommodating. I should know. My car bought in July has spent as much time in as out of the dealer. They sold me a lemon and have done next to... nothing to rectify the situation. Oh and BTW my check engine light is on again three weeks after a two and a half week service visit!!!! See More

Scheduled a meeting for a test drive for a Ford Mustang. Arrived at the dealer and they provide me with the leasing options (ridiculous price offered, a lease of 530$ for a 33k car) anyway, was hoping... to take the Mustang for a spin! The dealer comes up with the following excuse!; Sorry but you are not able to test a GT because our insurance doesn't cover a GT!!! Whattttt!?? So in this dealer you buy a GT without a test drive??? Thats a big lie!!! BS!! Told them that I am fine to test drive a Mustang Base! They told me that I could test drive it once I go forward with the lease but not today!! Conclusion, I drove 20 miles with an appointment to test drive the Mustang but in the end received BAD Customer service!! terrible! See More
