I asked my husband to name "his" character in my current work in progress. The name which he chose was Russell Payton. Can you guess how he came up with the name? (Our family and friends should get this one easily, but if you need a clue my husband loves sports.)

I've been writing a pitch, a cover letter, and a synopsis. Also there is researching marketing for yourself and for your book. And the list continues with looking for an agent. But, now I'm getting the last details together and I'm hoping to finally submit to someone in the next day or two! Yay!
