    So, I haven't done Jenny for a couple of years and got back onto the⋯⋯ program. But I'm having some dissapointments with the food. Like the Beef Chow Mein. . .What happened to it? It was perfect before . . .now there is some unknown processed brown not real beef substance. What exactly is it, besides creepy? And it is now way too soupy. :( 更多

    Hi Jenny Craig, Jan 1, 2017 I ordered your Sample pack of Jenny foo⋯⋯d. I loved it. I actually lost 5 lbs on it. I just tried to ordered another one and I got a message that frozen food could not be ordered to my address. Now I do live in a rural part of Virginia. When I called the customer service rep explained that because my first order arrived late or something, Jenny Craig had to send a second replacement order. When that second replacement order arrived on the 5th, I actually called and asked why I was receiving it. They told me because UPS had delivered the first shipment a day late and the food may be spoiled. The food was delivered one day late. However, that was during the holidays and all my shipments were arriving late. The food was still frozen when I received it. I ate all of it and was not sick. I was planning on purchasing the 39.00 plan next week. But now I can't. Please reconsider. I teach and I know of a at least 4 teachers who are planning on using Jenny Anywhere. We get Amazon here all the time and it always arrive in a timely fashion. Your food is the only diet food I can eat. It is so tasty. Please look into this situation for me. I am very upset about this. Thank you. 更多
