What What What does? does does does Americans Americans Americans get? get? get in the? And the development of five G, so tell us why this is worth it. Why why does a couple of years matter? What do we get for that? a great question? Senator. I think we get three things number one. We Deliver five G services to American consumers years before they otherwise could be delivered. That's especially critical as we've seen during the pandemic for services such as telehealth or other remote learning, a type of activities that's going to be incredibly important in the time to come in American consumers would. From that sooner number two and this is important, I would argue just as important American leadership in five G over the weekend. The story came out of the Wall Street Journal about how the Chinese Communist Party is leveraging all levels of government to spend one point four trillion with a T dollars on emerging technologies focus in particular on fiveG, they want to seize the mantle of five G leadership for themselves because they believe rightfully in my view that America drives significant benefits from being the first mover in fiveG. if we delay the CB for. Or four years, or however, many that ultimately delays delivery of mid band spectrum that allows entrepreneurs and innovators to use that, and that's leads to the number three benefit, which is that an innovation economy continues to thrive on our shores capital is fickle talent is fickle the longer the FCC delays the introduction of the spectrum for innovators to use the more likely it is that other countries, other regions will seize that talent and capital for themselves. I don't want that to happen and I think it's not just the wireless priority. I think. Security priority for us to the innovation economy can continue to thrive in America.
