I used a Sony a6500 to film the burnout video and really wanted to see what it was like in very low/mixed light. To do that, I slipped out into my garage one night and captured what you see here. For such a small camera I really like it so far!
I had the opportunity to help Ricky Eickert and his wife reveal the gender of their baby. Awesome event, great people, ridiculous burnout!
Please watch, enjoy, and share!
January 28th, 2017: SpeedFactory Racing co-owner Ricky and his wife Tiffany's baby gender reveal event was held at SpeedFactor...y Racing.
On the date of their baby-to-be's gender scan, the results were put in an envelope and given to Ricky's father, whom ordered special tires from Highway Max Coloured Smoke Tyres in Australia. These tires are designed specifically for burnout competitions, and although they appear to be black on the outside they are available in compounds to smoke in many different colors...so will the smoke be blue or pink??
Using the 1200+WHP Record-Setting Vibrant Performance-sponsored SFWD class racecar that SpeedFactory Racing built, we found out!
Thank you to everyone involved, and a very special thanks to:

Your car should always be about your own decisions and motivations. Beau expressed his own ideas on his own car and it came together as his awesome '68 Mustang with a 2JZ and Gulf color scheme. Check out the latest piece I got to be a part of!
Another before and after, little tweaks. This one was also done in Premiere with Lumetri. Lumetri's massively improved grading within Premiere and saves a lot of time on projects that don't need in-depth coloring 👨💻
Here's an oldie but a goodie from almost three years ago! Van culture is alive and well in SoCal and has grown stronger since.
Here's the reel I mentioned earlier. My own reel is getting worked on right now!
Before and after's when color grading are super cool to me. While editing the 2016 reel for eGarage I got the chance to tweak a few shots. I like to experiment with gradients and blending modes to get different results. On this one I set a gradient over the mountains to give them a little more depth and color and then gave the rest of the image minor changes.
Check out the Z Dream series I helped produce with eGarage on my website: http://www.jessupvisualworks.com/#/z-dream-series/
JUST OUT: "Furious Outlaws" Magnus Walker and Sung Kang share a day together, driving some of the most beautiful roads out there. Cars are great, but often it's the people behind them that are even better. I was lucky enough to lend a hand on this piece, check it out!
Welcome to November! My favorite month, it's my birthday month. Here's a project I worked on recently, the team at eGarage asked me to tell the story of me and my 4Runner!
BRAND NEW VIDEO.
Who loves JZZ30's driving beautiful roads at sundown?
