Joint Base Andrews added 6 new photos — with William Schuld and Erwin George.

FITNESS | Earlier this week, Brig. Gen. E. John Teichert and Chief Master Sgt. Nathaniel Perry exercised alongside Airmen, Sailors and Soldiers during a Fly-Away Security Team training at the West Side Fitness Center. Teichert and Perry make it a priority to attend different squadron PT sessions to get to know #TeamAndrews service members while staying physically fit.

The Joint Base PX is the reason I am officially quitting Taco Bell. I hate to say it, but I have not gotten an order right in years. Today was the last straw. My simple order of a burrito with extra r...ed sauce turned into an Enchirito with extra rice. The Meximelt with sour cream was also not closed and promptly dumped onto my lap as soon as I opened it. Thank you, but no thank you. See More

This base lodging was great!! As for as the Presidential Lodge, it was wonderful and the staff was nice, rooms very clean.
One of the best things was the Free shuttle bus with round trips to the Harbo...r.
On Friday Saturday and Sunday. Leave the driving to them!!
We went to the harbor at 12pm and returned to JBA at 6pm. We loved the fact that we didn't have to drive in the traffic, being we're Floridians!!

I have flight fan design .
specifications so  I offer  any company a new wind fan invention which produce electricity energy from wind with very high efficiency and below other uses
1.... Helps take off and landing all types of fighter jets and transport without airports
2 - help to manufacture a new generation of aircraft that combines the specifications of combat aircraft and vertical
3 - help to manufacture a large size helicopters that outperform the largest aircraft in the world and the fan works on internal combustion engines after reducing the speed of the engine rotation to dozens of times
4 - The technology of this fan to manufacture aircraft completely alternative to cars, which will end the era of cars
5 - The technology of this fan is characterized by easy manufacturing, which will make the cost of manufacturing this aircraft cheaper than the manufacture of the car
6. This fan is ideal for converting wind energy into electrical energy so Fan technology will invest wind energy very efficiently compared to the fans used to produce wind energy<br>
7 - The technology of lifting and propulsion of this fan depends at blades area , not at speed rotation, which does not require a turbo engine, but need internal combustion engines, ie diesel engine low rotation this important&nbsp; This is a necessary attribute in fuel economy and production cost
The new propeller technology will help to manufacture a fully aeronautic aircraft on solar energy and will be the main means of transportation throughout the world
8-&nbsp; this inventionWill help the aircraft industry rely entirely on solar energy and will be a very cheap means of transport
9 - The design was completed on the 3DMAX program any three - dimensional computer

It is very impressive, front gate security very precise with asking for all those in the car show their ID. That means that Drivers License, State ID card, or military dependent card. This makes you ...feel the base is well in protection mood. It is a nice place to drive around and see what is on the base. Kinda shut down at Welcome center after 5pm Sunday so if you need to use a Restroom. you might want to drive around and look for one on the Base or find one off Base. Not much to do, as we just drove around to show a passenger in the car, who has never been on this base.. See More

I am a cancer survivor and I now suffer from a debilitating nerve disorder. It took me 3 years to get on the right combination of meds for everything!
After reporting to the Maryland area, the medica...l doctors have refused to refill some of my Prescriptions (with less than a 10min consult).
Facebook friends, I'm in bad shape! Please, please try to go to another medical facility, on another base. These folks don't care!

I have not been to Andrews since 1984. Beautiful base back then and still beautiful now. It would be nice if they had better signs to the gate for when people are leaving. All the gate closures really... stink to say the least. Other then having a hard time leaving the base the visit was great. Wish the Air Force had housing for us old retirees !!! See More

Had a fun- filled experience at the pool movie night out. My grandson and son enjoyed swimming while the adults get to relax at the poolside while the movie was playing. The base offers great weekend and night summer activities for the family. See More

I love this base. Every one I encountered was very friendly and more than willing to help. The hospital and medical facilities are beautiful. The commissary had everything I needed. The exchanges, wel...l I wish it was just 1 big exchange but they're close enough to eachother that it's not a pain. They had a nice selection. I don't think I encountered a single negative part of this base and I've been using services on this base for, well many years. See More

We haven't been on Andrews in too many years. So glad we were able to take a short tour and were greeted by some very courteous airman.

TV remote didn't work in room at Presidential Inn. Reported to front desk and they delivered new batteries. That didn't help and didn't want it to be a big deal. Disappointed but I guess things do h...appen and it's petty. Life is good. Trotted over to the main exchange and they had good Memorial Day sales. Freedom Park is very clean and will picnic there again. See More

Had my Honda van parked in the long tterm parking by the terminal. Feb - Apr. Left after my best friend died tto go to drill. Picked up my vehicle two months later. Drove to Michigan then back to for drill. I was shocked when the Firestone guy tells me that I am going to need new tires. I had recently purchased 3! Apparently someone saw an opportunity while my vehicle was there a while to exchange my new tires for there wore out ones. As this is not something one would expect thats is why it was not "reported on time" in their 72 hr. Time frame . So travelers be aware! See More

We stayed here once before and our room wasn't ready until late at night and then they refused to work with us on a late checkout. I'm sad to say that they treated my husband like he wasn't deserving ...of good customer service because we were just visiting and they didn't care whether we got help or not. We were hoping to give it another try so that we didn't have such a bad memory but so far it's just as bad. No one will answer the phones at the front desk and I can't get a straight answer about the no children policy. Something about the air crew? Anyways, I'm afraid that we are just going to have to mark this place down as no good. We tried to check out other stuff on base but it's the least friendly place I've ever been. See More
