Sine we were kids we’ve heard how important it is to eat veggies, but I know so many of you find that it’s not to so easy to incorporate them into your diet. So I wanted to share with you some easy ways to eat more veggies 🥗 throughout the day. My best tip is to make them a part of a larger dish and combine them with protein and add some seasoning (garlic, olive oil, salt, etc) Comment below which is your favorite way to mix them into your diet!
