I haven’t posted on this page in awhile, but here’s a slight throwback from one of my favorite looks. I never thought I’d be able to begin to wear the clothing I wanted to or to feel empowered while wearing them. I remember going out wearing less than I’d ever worn before and feeling so ecstatic that I had come such a long way. For the first time, I felt as if I were free and expansive instead of shrinking within myself. Everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies, and even though I still have a long way to go in order to make that a daily reality for myself, I’m dedicated to the journey of one day attaining that. In the meantime, I need to remind myself that I’m still worthy and valuable, as are all of you. Don’t ever knock yourself down before you’ve given yourself the chance to stand up for what’s meaningful to you. 🖤
