'It might seem hard to make healthy choices everyday but they are possible!

I had 10 min before I had to jet out the door again, and pretty convinced that I'd have to pick up food from somewhere this afternoon, I took a breath and quickly cut up the already made chicken in the fridge and made a quick spinach and kale salad with walnuts and craisins. I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in a mug and cut up some peaches to go with blueberries and rice cakes with almond butter. Pretty sure I just saved myself about $15 bucks today!'
