https://www.kickincrochet.com/product/loose-puff-cowl/ Well, here's that thing I was making. I super love these cowls and am tempted to keep the sample for myself instead of posting it to my etsy shop. I did discover that this super-soft yarn has been discontinued (whyyyy??), so be aware that you won't be able to make this EXACT cowl unless you've got the yarn in your stash already. However, a quick search revealed several yarns that are similar, so I decided to post the pattern anyway.

Found a few minutes today to work on photo editing for a few patterns that have been waiting for... longer than I care to admit. In the process, I also discovered that I never wrote up a hat pattern that I made two YEARS ago! Having children does something to my memory, I'm convinced.
I thought I had posted this Free Baby Hat Pattern a while back, but I guess I forgot, so here ya go! This is my go-to quick baby hat pattern. http://www.kickincrochet.com/free-baby-hat-pattern-with-ea…/
Alpaca is one of my favorite fibers to work with. A local yarn store (firwood farm alpacas) shared this article and I thought it was really interesting. No wonder I like alpaca so much. http://www.aplf.com/…/3…/what-makes-alpaca-fiber-so-special…
I'm loving my latest work in progress. Now if only I had more time to work on it. It's a geometric Tunisian baby blanket and it's super fun. (Yes, the pattern will be coming your way... but it'll probably be a month or three...)
Guys! The tree outside my window has pretty brownish-red leaves at the top! There's nothing like Fall to make me want to pull out the yarn. So, of course, I assume you're like me. If that's the case, enjoy this coupon for 20% off anything and everything at www.kickincrochet.com or www.kickincrochet.etsy.com! Use code FabulousFall16 - expires at the end of the month. Hooray for Fall!
Okie doke, the scarf pattern is published, and the scarf itself is for sale on etsy. Pattern - http://www.kickincrochet.com/product/romance-scarf/ Scarf - https://www.etsy.com/listing/292695957
I finally finished the scarf I started back in January (I had a few months off for a minor wrist surgery). I've written up the pattern, and taken pictures, but I don't have a name for it! Naming patterns is always hard for me and I inevitably come up with uninspired names. Any ideas?
