4月7日に英語で語る自分の国エジプトを開催しました。今回2名のエジプト人講師にきてもらいました。九工大科学の博士課程の留学生ヒシャムさんと早稲田のロボット工学大学院生のアハメドさん。歴史、食べ物、建築などなどエジプトの文化を幅広く紹介しました。今回の英語で語るを見逃しの方は、ご心配なく次回５月13日の「英語で語る自分の国マレーシア」の申込は4月17日から受付が始まります。
On April 7th, we held the event My Country in English: Egypt. This time we were lucky enough to have two wonderful speakers carry out a talk for us. Hisham, an exchange student doing a PhD in chemistry at Kyutech; and Ahmed, a postgraduate student at Waseda studying robotics. They covered a lot of interesting topics including history, architecture, and food. If you missed this month's My Country in English, have no fear, applications for My Country in English Malaysia will open on April 17th.

Vào ngày Quốc tế phụ nữ có buổi tư vấn cai sữa cho bé, sau đây là những gì tôi đã được học từ y tá trợ sản người Nhật Bản khi cai sữa cho bé người mẹ nên làm gì cho mẹ và bé.
Bé : Nên cho bé chơi nhiều và tăng thêm phần ăn uống để bé quên sữa mẹ.
... Mẹ : Giảm phần ăn của mình, không ăn vặt và giảm phần nước uống. Vì sao vậy?Khi người mẹ cho con bú dinh dưỡng dồn vào sữa mẹ, nếu như khi cai sữa phần ăn như khi cho con bú sữa sẽ rất nhiều, vú sẽ cương lên rất đau.
Hơn nữa khi còn cho con bú người mẹ đi tiểu it́ vì nước và dinh dưỡng tập trung vào sữa mẹ.
Trong thời kỳ cai sữa người mẹ giảm phần ăn uống, cơ thể sẽ dần dần quay về thời kỳ ban đầu.
Lưu ý : Khi cương sữa người mẹ không được dùng ta vắt hay bóp quanh phần nhũ hoa mà bóp ngay ở phần núm( Phần có màu đậm), bóp ở phần này sữa vừa ra nhiều lại không gây biến chứng phụ lại còn giữ được form nhũ hoa.
Các chị em phụ nữ thực hành thử theo cách của y tá trợ sản xem sao nhé!

Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking Hands-on Workshop

■Eligibility:
Enrolled students of D-DATa program or WASEDA-EDGE Program, Fully employed person
■Goal of the Workshop：
Attendees from Graduate School of Information, Production and Systems and from partner schools in Kitakyushu Science Research Park will learn useful skills to start up a new business in an enterprise or to start a venture company by learning “Entrepreneurship” and “Design Thinking” as a way of thinking and “Business Model Navigator” as a practical method through an intense training program in English.
■Workshop summary:
Attendees will learn “Business Model Navigator” methodology with a team based active learning approach by creating, assessing, and elaborating a new business idea as a practical exercise to acquire hands-on knowledge. The Business Model Navigator methodology consists of a series of design process based on 55 business model patterns extracted from more than 300 successful businesses in the past and enables a systematic business model innovation.

３月１０日（土）防災体験バスツアーを実施しました！
外国人市民の災害に関する知識の向上と防災意識の啓発のため、防災体験バスツアー（主催：北九州国際交流協会）を実施しました。
当日は北九州市内の日本語ボランティア教室に通う外国人市民及びボランティアスタッフの約４０名で福岡市民防災センターを見学し、地震や強風、火災を体験しました。参加者からは「災害について学べ、実際に体験することもできて良かった」などの声が聞かれました。...
