Today I made the horrible mistake of going to a cafe that wasn't this one. Kofi Beans has been my favourite breakfast spot for a couple of years now and today w...as no exception to the consistently positive experience you guys give your customers. Despite being almost absolutely at capacity this afternoon I cannot fault both the service and food. We came from another cafe that very nearly destroyed my birthday brunch but the waitress that served us (dark hair, black rimmed glasses, very friendly) and the delicious food saved the day. A huge thank you and big praises to both her and the kitchen for keeping so cool under the pump, taking the time to ensure we were well looked after and maintaining a smile despite public holiday madness.

I've definitely learned my lesson and won't be going elsewhere again! عرض المزيد

Would give it less than 1 star if I could. The service was non existent and when you asked for help waitress replied with eye rolling and an attitude. When we ...eventually placed our order waitress came back at pretty much threw napkins and cultery on table. Staff could do with some customer service training. Then took about 45mins to get our food which was definitely not worth the wait. Partner got english breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 hashbrown balls and smallest sausage I've ever seen for $19.50. Rip off is an understatement. Not even some bread to fill you up. Left almost as hungry as we entered. Hands down worst cafe I've been to in Croydon. Avoid at all cost. عرض المزيد

I frequently visit this cafe, it is one of my favourites. The staff are always friendly and willing to engage in a chat, the food is excellent and the place has a really friendly but sophisticated vibe to it. Highly recommended.

A good selection of vegan options, particularly on the lunch menu; pricing is quite steep, but the quality and presentation is above average and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I can't love this place enough!! I would give it 10 stars if possible! As a vegan in the eastern suburbs, it's really hard to find places to eat. Kofi Beans has... a fantastic range of vegan options and are happy to veganise most dishes. Today I had a special from the board, the green breakfast bowl, with quinoa, kale, broccolini, mushrooms, pomegranate, avocado and a heap of other good stuff. It was AMAZING! I hope it makes it onto the regular menu, because I would come back every weekend for that! The coffee is awesome as well, and the staff are lovely. All round, this place is a little slice of happiness for vegans (or anyone!) in the eastern suburbs. Can't recommend it enough. عرض المزيد

I've only had coffee here however I have been back a few times and it is has always good. I love to be able to sit outside with my dog too!

Used to come here every week a couple of years ago and now since moving to qld always pop in when we are in Melbourne 5-6 times a year. Sorry to say service has declined somewhat, slow and staff are a bit indiffent . food and coffee still great but overall lost its 5 stars from us.

I haven't had a bad meal there yet and I've been coming to Kofi beans for years! Loving the spruce up. You've kept the Moroccan essence and brought it into the ...present. Love love love the lanterns. And my ch more room. Well done.

Bring back the smashed avo and chilli salt and I will return as a customer.
All wait staff need to attend training about how to provide decent customer service.
The only thing that saves the place is the nice coffee.
Sorry but you lost regular long time customers way back!

Really good food, matched with the worst customer service. I've never seen more snarley looks in such a short amount of time. Staff were over heard talking about us after an incident with our order and were far to interested in conversations about their own weekends than serving us.

Have been enjoying my coffee and food since it opened.
I find the staff to be friendly and courteous, always ready to help.
The food is scrumptious, fresh and with the daily special board never boring.
I would and have recommended Kofi Beans to many friends and family.

Terrible customer service asked three times to order some food one employee explained to our table that it wasn't his job!! , coffee came out cold, then two cups of tea took 20 mins to come to the table. My order never arrived had to ask waitress where it was. Very poor service!!
