From the moment we pulled in and I had to unload my car by myself and take all our luggage to our room I was not too happy. The car attendant left my key in the car when he parked it. Our room was sma...ll, but was clean. We stayed two nights and was relieved to leave because the beds were horrible. I had a sore neck by the second night. The elevator also has an expired inspection paper in it. I looked because it sounded like we were scraping wires when we rode in it. This is not a five star experience, but it did look to be one of the nicer hotels in the area. The pool is small, but effective for use unless there is someone else in it! See More

La Concha provided us with superior and safe accommodations before, during and after Category 4 Hurricane Irma slammed into the Florida Keys. The way this building stood up to the storm was amazing - ...only to be exceeded by the competent and caring staff who tended to their guests during our stay.
This was most definitely not your typical stay. Even though I'm sure the staff had their own Hurricane issues and fears to deal with, they never waivered in their care for their guests. They treated everyone, with not only excellent service, but kindness and compassion - even when some of those guests were quite difficult.
We are locals. This is now our go-to hotel for our stays in town, and also for any out of town guests needing Key West accommodations.
I cannot proffer enough praise for this facility, their management and staff under the worst of circumstances. They were all simply incredible.

They need to have the Spa in their name taken away. Like someone else said it smells like wet socks. There are no amenities in the room like a spa would have - no shower caps, robes etc but even wor...se no towel racks. The rooms are small and not so clean. I would not come back. I have been to Key West many times and there are much better places to stay! See More

I’m at the spa enjoying my prosecco after a phenomenal massage! This is hands down my favorite spa in the US! The hotel is conveniently located on Duvall with great coffee in the morning, a nice pool ...deck, and great service! See More

What an amazing hotel right in the heart of all the action on Duval St. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. The staff is exceptional! The food is outstanding. Our room was lovely. The po...ol was fantastic. The best part of all was their rooftop spa with a view of the entire island!! Special shoutout to GM Michael Rice, and our waitress Daria!! We can't wait to return!! I was coming there for a charity bike ride that had to be postponed due to the hurricane. The hotel refuses to let me even have a credit for a future date when the ride is rescheduled. It is so sad... that when the Keys begged for the support of places like Miama and Ft. Lauderdale to come spend money there after the hurricane that now they treat customers like this. Obviously a money hungry management crew. See More

Great location. However I don't want to depend on valet to park my car. I felt it was a little money hungry. The valet did allow me to come and go with my car but the next day the other valet said ...we weren't allowed. You have to pay for parking regardless. Room was very small and dark. The beds were awful! Sunk in the middle and we slept terribly. We had to call down to get ice which we didn't do. I'm not going to tip another person for something I can do myself. I thought there was a complimentary breakfast which I misheard. The prices were a little high for some eggs and taters. Hotel is in a great location. Only plus. When we come back we will choose another hotel. I would rather walk a little further and have a better quality stay. See More

I called after hurricane to check cancellation of our Oct stay, due to mold allergy concerns post-hurricane. Webiste showed future bookings could reschedule. Was told we could not cancel for refund ...but could reschedule, which was what we wanted to do. After lots of back and forth, now are told no refund, will lose our full prepaid 4 day stay. Disappointed is an understatement. Costs the hotel nothing to credit toward a better time to arrive. Will continue to attempt to resolve. **EDIT...was contacted by the property saying a miscommunication and we can reschedule! THANK YOU, LA CONCHA!!! See More

Loving my stay at LaConcha! This hotel is centrally located in the middle of all the action of Duval street yet my room remained quiet and peaceful all night! I can see the water from my room, which i...s a spacious corner room with a separate living and dressing area! There's even a desk for me to get some work done!

I HIGHLY recommend visiting the Top Spa! The spa services were amazing and you're surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that show off the beautiful view of the city and water! You're able to stay in your penthouse suite for an extra 30 minutes to relax, have a mimosa, watch tv, go out on the balcony, shower, whatever you want to do! I can't say enough about how impressive the spa rooms are. You're given snacks and have some refreshments in the mini fridge as well. Definitely the best spa location I've ever visited!!!

There's a Starbucks and Jamba Juice downstairs, as well as a speakeasy entrance to Wine-O which is so cool!!!

I also heard this hotel was haunted so I'm very intrigued to learn more about the history!

I have not yet stayed at La Concha yet and I am disappointed at the hotels in willingness to work with me on canceling my reservation. Even when I tried to cancel 2 months out. My first attempt to can...cel was met with me being rush off the phone because the they were to busy to assets a paying customer. See More

Upscale means "uppity" in this case. Matt, a manager, told someone in our party while smirking, "You're in Key West now, boy" when questioned about policy. Parrot Key was very welcoming after being ki...cked out of La Concha after walking away from this confrontation. I will never visit this hotel again, nor any other Crowne Plaza. See More

This was the newer part of the hotel and experienced no problems. I read the reviews about bed bugs but people have to realize that they are the ones that bring them in, not the hotel! To prevent that... problem the hotel staff would have to do body and luggage scans, not practical! The patrons who have the bed bug problems know who they are and should have consideration for others before checking into a beautiful hotel! Either get rid of them or use camp grounds with tents or an RV! Keep the pests to yourself! See More

Ingrid and Rob were fabulous. My room was wonderful. I was a bit offended by the voluptuous receptionist who had a jar of queso at the front desk as I was paying my bill after she opened the door to m...y room and told me, "Your time is up and you need to get out..." then she informed me I was being charged 20% as a gratuity. As if I have no social graces. See More

4.5 would be more accurate. Right in the heart of everything. Beautiful hotel, great staff and amenities. Pool could be bigger and the water pressure in our room is just so so, but definitely recommended.

Once a year we make the trek from Naples to Key West and for some time now we have always stayed at the La Concha. They have consistently provided us comfortable accommodations with friendly staff. Th...e views from the spa and exercise room are the best in Key West. They are in a great location for exploring the shops and restaurants. See More

Noisy, not very clean and small rooms (so small coffee machine is in the bathroom) poor service from reception staff who don't know what they are doing and there's no welcome booklet in the room provi...ding guests information on the hotel services and surrounding area?! Also hotel bar seems to close at 10:30pm..Booked a stay for 2 nights (could only stay for one!) Would not recommend and very overpriced! See More

We booked this lovely hotel for a one night stay and would have happily stayed longer. Although not the largest room, we enjoyed the amenities including a beautiful pool and poolside bar on the 2nd fl...oor, exercising on the 7the floor with large window views of the island, and the lobby bar - and since staff is so important, we can say that every encounter was a positive, beneficial experience. The best part of La Concha, however, is the Spa on the top floor! Each services room is appointed with two massage tables, a large sofa and private TV, a private bath and shower and a gorgeous view of the ocean! Honestly, I soaked up my spa services and that view for as long as they let me. And they do allow you extra time before and after, so don't get short-changed; enjoy it all. See More

Let's start with I really don't know why people have complained or moaned about this hotel some people have champayne mind and a beer wallet!!! ... it's clean it's central, it's In fantastic location.... The pool area more than adequate for the size of the hotel... but really why would you want to stay around the pool when you have fabulous beaches and views.....
get real people relax and Enjoy. Love live and be happy xx
