- Larry is currently a Relationship Manager at RMB Private Bank, a post he has held for the past 12 years. He looks after a clientele base of some 80 clients with a net aggregate asset worth in excess of R18bn. He has been in banking and the service field for over 35 years with vast experience in retail, international, corporate and private banking. He has over 30 years experience in supervisory and managerial positions. Larry has just launched a book, ' Client Service Excellence, the 10 Commandments ' , a subject he is passionate about. For the last four years he has given lectures and talks on this subject to a wide spectrum of audiences in all types of industries. He has recently had some of his articles published and is editor of his office's internal newsletter. He believes that the principles and concepts he advocates can be used in any organisation and by any person, regards of their status or position.
