Today I photographed my last session before going on maternity leave for the rest of the year. I just can't imagine a more gorgeous family or location to send off with
My first wedding for 2016 was something truly special. Martha and Mike not only have a beautiful relationship and foundation for marriage, but the way they have endeared themselves into the hearts of each others family and friends has left them complete surrounded in the love of so many who care for them. What an incredible gift they are to each other and to everyone they know. Trying to choose just a few images to show you what the day was like was so difficult. I guess the old saying is true - 'You just had to be there' and I am so glad I was.

I've been waiting for yesterday for such a long time! What was meant to be a day of storms turned into the perfect day for these two and no one deserves it more. Rochelle and Mitch both come from families that exemplify true love and devotion and I am so excited for the little family they have now created. Love you both xx
Trying to choose a favourite image of Tanya and Shack's incredible wedding at Banjo Paterson Restaurant at Looking Glass Bay is like trying to decide which one of your own children is your favourite. It's just not a question that has an answer other than 'all of them'
Can't think of anything I would rather do on a gorgeous winter afternoon than capture images like this. It still amazes me that no matter what I am going through, all the bad things and worry in my life leave me the second I bring the camera up to my eye and all I can see is the beauty in the world. After a loooooooong blogging hiatus while I madly tried to just keep up with the photographing of all the amazing weddings I've been shooting lately I am beyond excited to break the drought with the incredible wedding of Anesya & William, arriving in full on the blog next week. You are not going to want to miss it!
I made sure to tell Victoria & Andrew before I left, but this was the most perfect day to finish the wedding season with. It truly had everything. Wild kangaroos, pretty flowergirls playing lawn games and helicopter exits! But the most important thing was the incredibly beautiful vows they made to one another before God. Every wedding says this in a thousand different ways, but yesterday to hear "the marriage convenant is a promise of future love" just made my heart overflow. Weddings are a beautiful thing, but marriage and true relationship is why I do what I do time and time again.
Just back in the door after a rare, but incredibly beautiful, Thursday wedding. Starting tomorrow I am having a weeks holiday in a cute little cottage over Easter with my little girls and my incredible husband. But I thought I would leave you with this, because.......... so pretty Have a beautiful easter everyone xx
So yesterday these two got married and the celebration was all time amazing! If someone had told me the day I met Kim that I would be photographing her wedding, well.... I would have been confused as I had not even held a camera in my hands until 6 years ago. How blessed I am that lifes journey is so much better than anything I could possibly plan for myself
