15 years ago you would have never caught me wearing a pair of pliers on my belt. I got my first pair for Christmas one year & have owned a pair ever since. And ...use them daily. I also have coworkers that I've talked into buying a pair. I just sent 2 pair in for warranty work & in no time at all I got 2 new replacement pliers. I couldn't be more pleased with Leatherman tools. I have a supertool 300 that's starting to show its age and plan on sending it in soon since I have a couple backup pair to use. Thanks for making a great tool with excellent warranty!! See More

Well, Leatherman has done it again. I sent in a old version Titanium Charge that I had carried for many, many years because of a very small broken part. It was ...really nothing that I probably still have kept using the tool but it was a little annoying. I was expecting Leatherman to just repair the broken part and return it. Much to my surprise Leatherman being the Stand-up company that they are sent me back a brand new version Charge. New premium blade steel and all. Wahoo. I should have bought stocks in the Leatherman company and kinda think I did in a way with the 9 other different Leatherman multi-tools that I own. I know my children will still be able to enjoy all of them long after I have gone. Thank you Leatherman. See More

The Tread is not sufficiently adjustable to fit me. If I take out a link it will slide up and down my arm six inches. If I then also take out the half-link it... is too tight to close. People have been complaining about this since the first day it was sold. I contacted Leatherman and only received a form letter which did not even mention the problem. I can't get even a reply from the facebook page.

When I contacted Leatherman I even made a fairly simple suggestion to fix this longstanding issue. I'm reasonably certain that the idiot who received my email didn't even bother to pass the suggestion along. Leatherman has fallen from the time when they made the best multi-tools and had outstanding customer service. I recommend getting future multi-tools from other sources, Leatherman is no longer to be trusted. The one star I've given them is generous.

I picked up the Skeletool as a gift for myself. I had the Squirt in my keys for a few years and other muitools weren't doing it quality wise.
I have used the t...ool everyday since I got it, from fixing car trouble, sinks at home, quick repairs at work, fishing, ...you name it. It's always with me, every single day. I'm definitely ready to upgrade to a Wave...im in need of more options on in my pocket/belt See More

This weekend I called Leatherman customer service because the pocket clip on my Wingman Multitool broke when I tried to tighten it myself. I was on the phone f...or less than 5 minutes and the very professional customer service representative took down my name and address and said she would mail me a new one for free. When I got off the phone I told my wife that I had just finished the best customer service call of my life. It was quick and painless and got the job done. I love this product and the customer service experience is just as good! Thanks Leatherman customer service! See More

Your customer service in Israel is bad! I sent a tool for repair and did not agree to correct it because it is unreasonable damage. I have all your models and I know one thing: Today's service is different from the service it used to be..

I have the first model with the tiny little leather case till it wore out ,now I have a OHT the only thing I dont like about it is does not have a file but I have.carried a leatherman for 32 years,it is part of my Batman utility belt. I am a master Electrician.

My first leatherman was the orginal leatherman given to me buy my dad. I own the charge TI and the wave. As a tradesman pipefitter not a day passes that i don t use my leatherman and i can tell you i give it hard times. Don t buy crap buy the original!

I would just like to say I am super impressed with the warranty policy. I sent in my old Surge that had a broken knife locking mechanism. I wasn't initially awa...re of the return policy so the tool sat in my basement collecting dust (and rust) for years. I assumed that would be considered "misuse" which isn't covered but I wrote a letter explaining what happened, sent in my tool, and just received my brand new Surge less than 2 weeks later. It is even an upgrade over the one I had because the new one has replaceable cutters on the pliers. Really a great company I would never buy a multi-tool from anywhere else See More

I love my leatherman Sidekick... It did go blunt pretty damn fast, the metal isn't the strongest in the world but its damn good and craftmanship is excellent.

...Problem I have is the racial implications of a "Tool" made in the deep south of america being called a "Leather-man"
I've tried to pretend it doesn't matter, but everytime I use it, I am aware and it doesn't make me happy.

Incredible company! Leatherman not only warrantied my Leatherman but they sent me a replacement that was a serious upgrade. What's even cooler is that the original was a wedding gift and they upgraded us. Great products and even better service. Thank you.

I've had four or five multi-tools so far and the only reason for that is, I wanted a new one lol. In my opinion the best and only multi-tool to buy, period.

Amazing product but my flat-head screwdriver piece fell out. Where the extra piece stays when you're not using it is not to secure. My skeletool is still in great shape just no flat-headed piece. Can I just buy it or do I have to send my whole unit in?

Recently broke the screw driver in my Leatherman Blast that was several years old. Sent it in and they sent me a brand new multitool. I absolutely couldn't be happier with this company or my new knife!

Quality tools that are built to take a beating. I'm in a power wheelchair and have dropped my Leatherman SURGE on the ground and have accidentally run it over while trying to pick it up. Didn't damage it one bit.

Singlehandedly the finest tool company in the world. Other businesses should study LTG and attempt to model them. Thank you Leatherman for returning my Wave in ...better shape than I sent it. The pliers were broke and I asked for repair over replace because the tool has sentimental value to me that I share with my boys. My Wave was delivered back today and they even put a new screwdriver bit in that I didn't even ask for. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! (It's all the small thing that add up to big things.) See More
