We are so proud of you, Blessing Essien 😊😀and what you've accomplished so far at The Paradise Abuja. #Repost @omojuwa (@get_repost) ・・・ Her story reads like a movie script! @blessingnessien would easily make a list of top 30 most inspirational young people under 30 anywhere in the world! Just 29, her story is that of refusing to back down; wrote JAMB four times, passed four times but Nigeria happened but she never stopped trying! Persistence from the get go. While at school, she saw a gap, in that students in UNIAbuja walked long distances to get the regular table water and the likes, she met that need. In her days before admission, she worked as the office cleaner but she did it differently. She’d go really early, clean the office before anyone arrived, and then they arrive to see her dressed like one of them; prim, proper, dignified and clean. Then she’d serve the tea and coffee during office hours. “I used to make the best coffee then!” The day she was leaving the office to resume university, everyone gave her money, enough to change her tiny phone for one of the best phones at the time, the Didier Drogba Samsung phone. She saved enough from what she got to run her own business in school. Still only 29, Blessing runs arguably the biggest Real Estate portfolio in Abuja, managing hundreds of millions of dollars in projects. Her story inspires me to no end, especially because she is always so conscious about giving back! Her story goes under the radar but she is definitely one of the most productive and most inspiring people around. I am privileged to be her friend! I won’t wait for Forbes before celebrating the great people I know! ❤️🤗❤️ #BlessingNEssien #AlphaPeople 👞 : @shoespeed

Ooni of Ife celebrate with staff, customers of Lekki Gardens

In a rare demonstration of support, the Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi recently celebrated with the staff, customers and management of Lekki Gardens at a ceremony organized by the firm to appreciate its loyal customers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi commended Mr. Richard Nyong, Managing Director, Lekki Gardens for his commitment in providing luxury yet affordable housing solutions... to Nigerians despite the stiff competition that define Nigeria's Real Estate market.

He further urged subscribers to keep up their faith with the firm and expect the timely delivery of their apartments, adding that the company has demonstrated it has the capacity to become a dominant player in the property market.

The ceremony tagged; ‘Appreciating our Friends’, was organized by the firm to appreciate its customers for their loyalty and unwavering support over the years.

A major highlight of the event was the Raffle draw session where clients won amazing gifts such as a plot of land, cash and other electronic devices.

In his remarks, Mr. Nyong said, “This is our little way of showing our customers who we often describe as Partners that we sincerely appreciate their support."

He also noted that the company has taken lessons from the building collapse incident on March 8 2016 to strengthen its systems and process in ensuring the timely delivery of quality and affordable homes to Nigerians.
