Q: Should I put my side hustle on my resume? I know it used to be frowned upon to say you were working on other projects outside of work, but now it could make you look entrepreneurial. Would it be worth talking about during the interview?

A: It is not uncommon for today’s workforce to have one (or a few) side “gigs” while working a more traditional job. From a passion endeavor to additional income, projects outside of work create the unique opportunity for you to take risks ...that you might not be comfortable taking with a more traditional job – organically expanding your career skills, and potentially making you a better employee because of it!
