Horrible experience. Worked with James Johnson who sold me on a warranty and told me it would cover... all my maintenance. He also said I could cancel it at any time. I've been trying to cancel it and even called the general manager, Carl. Absolutely no satisfaction. Now I'm stuck with an extra $3,000 on my car loan with a highlander that kills my back. I had the best experience while working with John Delloso at Lexus of Lehigh Valley!!! He explained ...the entire process very thoroughly and I Appreciate him taking the time out to answer every question I asked. John was very accommodating and insightful about the car I purchased as well additional offers and warranties. He was also very patient which is a deal breaker for me since I can be very indecisive at times! This was a very relaxing, but yet exciting experience for me and the purchase process was very simple!
