I can hardly express my gratitude enough for the excellent engagement I’ve had with LWC. I’ve learned, listened and thrived throughout my treatment. Thank you for providing such rich resources through...out all of Northern Virginia. I’m truly grateful for all that you do! See More

Life with Cancer is run by a community of people who have all been affected by cancer in some capacity, and live to lighten the load on others who must travel the same roads they have. We're fortunate... to have people like them in our world, let alone in our very community. See More

As the director of The Ann Clarke Dollard Memorial Foundation, we have been supporters of Life With Cancer for many years now. When Ann was diagnosed with mets to the leptomeninges in 2011, Sage was s...o helpful in guiding us before Ann was discharged home. In those early days when we were reeling from the diagnosis and coming to terms with what would soon be in store, Sage was a beacon that we didn't even realize we needed. As a nonprofit organization, we will continue to support Life With Cancer and the work we do in memory of our dear Ann. See More

At this point I think poorly of Life with Cancer. As of January 1, 2017 Sage Bolte is limiting the number of fitness sessions that cancer survivors can take with Life with Cancer. This effects me an...d many others who are long-term survivors. We had a community of survivors that met at LWC and now we are no longer welcome for the long term. I have been coming to fitness classes for years and have developed a community of shared support with the people in the fitness classes. The instructor is excellent. All that will end. This change makes LWC no longer a welcoming community for me. See More

A wonderfully resourceful organization, with a dedicated and committed staff that truly cares for those affected by cancer and their loved ones. Providing supportive attention to each individual, whic...h extends out to their family and communities beautifully. All without any cost, no matter where one may live or may be receiving their treatment !!!!! I am honored to say that I have worked with professional staff members/chair holders that volunteer their time/expertise/understanding/compassion to countless many, as well as & most importantly have heard multiple personal-patient testimonials. :) See More

I have been a proud supporter of Life with Cancer for several years but had never seen the facility. I was so impressed and amazed by the work they are doing and the number of people they are able to serve.

It is an excellent idea...people with cancer certainly need and benefit from support from such caring and educated friends/new friends.
I have to buy the book since today is the first I have learned ...of it....on Michele's site. I gave a five star review because I am so delighted with the entire creation. See More
