For me its very confusing right now, maybe after a while here I will understand what it is about and how it works but right now I have no idea. and no idea how to post or answer a post. so can someone please just let me know about some of these things. I have suffered with depression most of my life which came from abuse as a child into adulthood. I also suffer with PTSD. which is another new ball game. hope I get a reply somehow.
