Great with social media. Cards are very well thought out and done. Very pleasant to work with.

Your Kickstart, LLC is feeling annoyed.

With the focus of marketing (for all businesses) now squarely on social media and online, Realtors are being pressed to get online reviews and testimonials. Where once a few quality reviews were valued by consumers, now the focus seems to have fallen on the quantity of reviews. This is in part because of the number of hollow reviews that agents can solicit from non-clients (friends, family and paid reviews) that have nothing to lose from touting the quality of the service of ...the Realtor in question. Don’t believe me? Look at the empty reviews of the rookie agents in your area – they have more reviews than they have transactions!

Because of this grievous lack of ethics on behalf of these agents, and the brokers and boards that turn a blind eye to the behavior, the value of all reviews are called into question. Every review ends up having the same value, genuine or not, so the only measure of value for reviews BECOMES quantity which leaves ethical agents at a disadvantage.
