Our organization, Space Cooperative, uses Loomio for brainstorming and collective decision-making an...d it's been amazing. I cannot imagine efficiently operating a virtual distributed org without such a platform! We finally converted to using Loomio much more than Slack. Teammates were complaining about Slack being hard to follow since they weren't all active on it. Now we pay for the Loomio gold version, and integrate Loomio subgroups into Slack. It's well worth the price and has made us much more organized and effective. Less Slack, less email, and more discussions that lead toward action. Whether you have your own worker-owned cooperative, live in a housing co-op, or are part of any other collectively run organization... Loomio will change your life.
