Huge thankyou to Peter, his classes kept my fitness up for the 6 weeks I was working in Belfast, super welcoming, lovely venue. Classes were challenging but doable - would highly recommend, I think ...I even miss bootcamp! See More

Love fitness on a Monday night Circuit Class is just brilliant. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and you're always greeted with a smile. People always offer words of encouragement just what you ...need when you're challenging yourself. The class is suitable for ages 16+ upwards and all abilities are very welcome. I've been with Love Fitness nearly a year now and have lost just over 2 stones and still counting. So if your just thinking about it, come down check it out and give it a go, you'll be glad that you took that first step! See More

Massive thank you to Peter Love for supporting me in working towards achieving the 5000m and 10000m Commonwealth Qualifying Standards.
Had the pleasure of supporting Love Fitness NI at the Tabata Sat...urday annual charity day back in October for the Cancer Fund for Children. The Tabata sessions were great!
Top PT! Would definitely recommend Peter at Love Fitness NI.

I've been going twice a week since Feb 2015 and I HATE to miss it should I have to. The guys are so friendly and welcoming.
This class helped me reach my goal within months. Pete changes it up each n...ight so you never know what you're going to get and he's always there for advice. I've loved it so much I've encouraged 4 friends to join and they're still at it. See More

I've just came back from Peter's Tabata class, really great workout that challenges you all the way, its also great fun as Peter keeps pushing you to do the best you can do. The next block of session...s starts next Tuesday, give it a go for yourself. As Peter would say "Its Awsome" See More

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time now but have been afraid I won’t be able to give Pete enough compliments or do this review enough justice, but here goes nothing…
Like a lot of... people, I have never had much faith in myself to lose weight or improve my fitness. My confidence was always in the basement and I detested the thought of training or walking into a fitness class/gym on my own without some sort of moral support! UNTIL, I started going to Pete’s circuits classes in Drumbeg. I thought I would never be cut out for such a workout and I would probably painfully embarrass myself but all those fears disappeared as soon as I walked in the door! The first thing you are greeted with is a big smile and a huge welcome from the chief himself. He takes the time to explain everything and watches like a hawk to make sure you are doing it right and safely, so you have complete confidence that you are in safe hands from the word go. After a few classes my fitness level improved and I felt a little bit of confidence growing after every class I attended. I felt sure this was the way to train from now on…an all over body work out mixing cardio bursts with plyometric and strength exercises. I definitely walked away feeling I had just completed a worthwhile hour of training, rather than my usual – Draped across the treadmill thinking about what to make for dinner!
Then in August this year I decided to pluck up the courage and take some personal training lessons with Pete to really kick start myself into shape and I haven’t looked back since! He knows exactly what I want out of my training, where I am going wrong with my habits, the best training for me to reach my goals and he pushes me and encourages me every step of the way so that I maximise and push past my potential.
It may sound a bit exaggerated but since I started training with Pete and attending his classes my whole outlook on my fitness and lifestyle has changed. I now can’t wait to get to get to class to see what mad concoctions he has invented for his circuit and when I get to my PT session I know in my mind I will be able to push myself that little bit further than I did the week before. He has helped me to improve my confidence, my body fat has reduced, muscle mass has increased and I feel so much fitter and energised!...I suppose you could say he has changed my life (puke! lol)
Peter is the most enthusiastic and motivational trainer I have ever trained with. He cares about each one of his clients needs and tailors each session to suit their needs and abilities meanwhile just giving you that little bit of extra work to raise your fitness level and gradually help you improve… I cannot recommend Pete enough and would suggest if you are having a little think about coming to one of his classes or arranging a PT session, don’t hesitate! Do it…you will not regret it!!

A great way to get into shape without wasting a fortune at the gym! Amazing value for money along with Peter's upbeat attitude, enthusiasm and banter make his classes enjoyable and effective. I starte...d off planning to go for a few weeks but have been going twice a week for nearly a year.
Highly recommended!

I'd really recommend joining Bootcamp, I've been there for four weeks now & it's tough but great fun. I hadn't been to an exercise class in years but I've really enjoyed Bootcamp! The craic is good & ...Peter pushes you & ensures you are doing the exercises correctly. Can't speak highly enough of it! See More

I've been going to Peters circuit classes at Strand and in Drumbeg for a year and a half now and they are amazing! There's a great range of ages and abilities and it's pretty tough but the classes alw...ays have a great atmosphere and Peter is very supportive! Great craic! See More

Bootcamp on a Thursday night is brilliant!. I hadn't exercised in a while and was nervous about being able to keep up, there was no need for me to be nervous this class is for everyone. It is great va...lue for money and had made me enjoy exercise again. I can't recommend it enough. See More

Well, that's all our book-in blocks finished for the Summer... but we'll have plenty of ad hoc classes in Drumbeg throughout July and August. Thanks to everyone who has supported the classes for the first half of the year. 👍🏻
Our first three *walk-in* sessions are; HIIT Circuits tomorrow at 9am, Tabata Tuesday at 7pm and Bootcamp Thursday at 7pm.
No need to book, just turn up! This is a good opportunity to try our sessions without having to book a full block. PM if you'd like any more info.

What a weekend! This talented lady Emma Mitchell has just broken her second longstanding record in the space of one week! So that's the 5k and 10k NI records smashed! Not only that, she achieved qualifying standard for the 2018 #commonwealth games! So proud to be there yesterday to witness this amazing achievement. Big congrats to coach and my great friend Eamonn Christie at Belfast Irish Milers. The hard work and dedication is paying off and these successes are well deserved.
