When it comes to a gear change, things can run short. Exchanged gears go through maintenance and get directly installed in another aircraft. That's a thoroughly planned but easily disruptable execution. In this case, the maintained #747 gear wasn't ready yet, but the change couldn't wait. Thanks our colleagues’ teamwork, they made it anyway despite time pressure and manpower shortage. #keepyouflying

As an aircraft mechanic at the VIP Special Mission Aircraft Services, he’s often worked together with the German Air Force Bundeswehr. "I consider the soldiers of the Bundeswehr like first sergeant Stephan (left) as colleagues," he admits. And what´s most important for working together?
