I highly recommend the Camp to anyone who is tired of failing at losing weight and wants to get motivated to do it right. The camp gave me the diet and exercise program to finally lose 20 pounds in 6 ...weeks. Their easy to follow meal plan and classes takes the guesswork out of losing weight. If you are willing to meal prep and get to the gym 5 times a week you can and will lose 20 pounds. The only catch is you have to get to your healthy weight to make the program "free". You give a about a $500 deposit to start the journey and can get it returned if you lose 20 pounds every challenge and get to your healthy weight. Not a bad deal, highly recommend! See More

I am really proud of how dedicated I have been to the camp but I can't t...ake all the credit. 6 weeks ago I walked into the camp and signed up for a challenge, and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I decided to take the hardbody challenge which required losing a minimum of 5% body fat, and ...I am so happy with my results. After having two kids I struggled with losing stubborn body fat and having the motivation to workout. From the very start of the challenge every experience was positive! The staff are extremely helpful, and the trainers will kick your butt into the best shape of your life. I learned that making time to improve and better yourself is always worth it. I successfully completed my challenge which I am very proud of, but I also found a great place to workout and would recommend the camp to everyone I know. See More

honestly, this program did wear me out, but in the best way possible. all the trainers really pushed me to do my best & i was gladly able to do that. being able to wake up & go to the workouts knowing... i’d see some of my favorite trainers would brighten my mood & keep me going. i love everyone here & the atmosphere it holds. thank you everyone for all that you’ve done in the biggest or smallest ways, you guys helped me get to where i am now & i’m proud to say that i’m 21 pounds lighter! if you plan to join this program, make sure you FTDI! It is a great place for men and women who wants to be fit and loose weight. This is a perfect place for those who wants to stay fit. Classes are really effective, I usually do not sweat but while I am... in the class, I do not even realize I am sweating a lot. Classes are very lively and interesting, there is no time to get bored. Just completed my first 6 week 20 lb challenge, and I cannot be more glad that I went with the decision to sign up for the camp. I lost more than the required 20lbs and I feel amazing. Just started the 6 week transformation camp. This was my 3rd class and I got to say these workouts are very challenging but amazing. The meal plan isn't that bad either. It's all completely doable. Th...is is coming from someone that has never really had a workout routine or even very active. I know people probably say, "The Camp Changed my life..." well, I don't know what could be a truer statement. Yes, I am a REAL person. I work and love in the city of Chino. Yes, I was skeptical, 20 lb...s in 6 weeks? I can't even lose 1 pound in a week. Boy was I wrong! I completed my 6 week challenge and stepped on that scale 22.5 lbs lighter. This is a good weight loss option whether you are trying to lose your last 20 pounds or anything greater. Overall the method is safe, logical, and the habits and knowledge you gain are very sustainabl...e. Of course, you must be willing to dedicate the time and effort; be honest with yourself and “follow the damn instructions”! (FTDI) For me, depositing $500 with an opportunity to “earn it back” or roll it in to a membership, was a great motivating factor that helped me make this life change. In 6 weeks I lost 23.3 pounds by sticking to the guidelines. It was tough at times, but I stuck it out and now eating healthier & exercising is coming natural. They have an excellent, simple food structure that provides ideal proteins, complex carbohydrates, and vegetables for an ideal weight loss journey and ongoing maintenance. This was a life long lesson for me! The other secret is the specific quantities and eating intervals of every 2.5 hours. Yes, you must weigh your food and meal prep to succeed; it becomes easy after a week or two. Buy yourself an air fryer, makes cooking much easier, but don’t use oil in it to cook. One GIANT lesson I learned was how to break a plateau by carb cycling. I was flat on losing during weeks 3 & 4; at which point I followed the instructions in the book and it broke the plateau, causing the weight to fall off quickly during the final week and a half. I highly recommend to go through this with someone you know; especially your spouse. It was kind of a bonding experience for my wife & I. If not, the trainers and staff are there for you, you can meet people, and there is a private FB forum where all challengers from all locations can interact and help each other through the journey. I didn’t make a resolution this year, I sought professionals to help. In 6 weeks I dropped 29 pounds and am feeling and looking great! This program works! All the trainers are very helpful. I do the am classes, Jared , Ben, Sonia . Sara are awesome . I did a pm class and Chris is also good. Meal plan is given too. You get what you p...ut into it. I finished my first challenge and I plan to go a little harder this challenge. My body is definitely stronger from the first challenge. I have a weak shoulder but the excersises have made my shoulder a little stronger ! I recommend this place ! See More

I am about to start the next challenge to get to my healthy weight and am pretty confident I can do it by following their diet and exercise program. With their easy to follow meal plan and classes it takes the guesswork out of losing weight. If you are willing to meal prep and get to the gym 5 times a week you can and will lose 20 pounds. Sad to see how quickly this place took a nose dive. They're driving out the best most experienced trainers. Their tactics and the way so many employees were treated are just despicable. They don't eve...n keep the facility in decent condition. What used to be a positive energetic environment has become depressing and infuriating. They charge top dollar for a low quality product. With The Camp Transformation Center 6 week challenge, you are required to lose 20lbs. Once the 20lb have been lost you either get your money back ($497 that you pay upfront) IF you've reached your BMI... weight which is given to you at the time of signing your contract. If you have not reached your BMI weight, you then get directly rolled over to another 6 challenge until you've reached your BMI weight at which point you will get your money back. that being said, I've enjoyed the program so far. The trainers are very nice, friendly, encouraging and are very willing to work with you and modify exercises for your needs. They offer their own protein powder and supplements although I didn't use the supplements. I also ended up buying my own protein powder towards the end as they are quite pricey. This program is a really good way of holding yourself accountable. You must stay on track with the food plan that they give you. It is very easy to get off track and gain weight back as this diet is incredibly strict. I mean $497 are on the line and it pushes you harder to get that money back. I would recommend this program and would do it again in the future. See More

I have been to a few other gyms for the past several years but I really would like to recommend the Camp Transformation. I have finally completed the second 6-week challenge (total 12 weeks) at the Ca...mp Transformation in Chino. Before meeting this program, I have been tried to do kinds of diet (weight loss) program after three times c-sec deliveries since last 7 years, but every others were not working and even have been gained more and more.

This camp transformation program was amazing. Their FTDI (Follow the Damn Instruction) including healthy foods, enough (1 gallon) water, and protein shake and the workout during almost all day and all weekdays are really effectively working for not only losing weight and good shaping but also renewing the life style. The people here, the staff and its members are very helpful, powerful and positive in a high energy atmosphere. All staff are always smiling, remembering my name and caring my condition. I also want to give thanks to the FB people who are very supportive for sharing their experience and advice.

I am glad to say the camp transformation has been so worthwhile. I also would like to be back here as the member in the near future.

This is a great place to come to if you need to be held accountable about losing weight. It costs about $500 to start. Those $500 are given back to you once you reach your bmi not simply by losing 20 ...lbs. They will give you a guide on what to eat. If you follow it, you will lose weight. They also sell supplement packages to take during the challenge which range from $200 to greater depending on the items you chose. These are optional. The training itself is different everyday. The trainers all have their personal way of doing workouts, I recommend finding which trainers you like and going to their classes. There is minimal parking so come early or park on the street. Also classes start right on time! Workout 5 times a week and follow the diet and you will lose weight. This takes dedication just like anytime you want to lose weight. If you have a question ask because the trainers don't know what you are thinking! If you can't do a workout ask for a modification they are there to help but remember to ask! See More

I can definitely say that the camp chino will change your life. I completed my first challenge losing 27lbs. With the knowledge and support team there it’s like one big happy family. Everyone is there... for the same reason. To lose weight get healthy and start living life the way it is supposed to be. Trust me just give it a try. It will change your life.
