Thank you for your Facebook reply. I did not receive a personal email message as yet from you. Also, I did not misspell my name in my Macecraft jv16 Power Tools 2017 user profile. Not sure where you got this incorrect data from??? However, after using the new 2017 version of jv16 Power Tools for about one week, I noticed that in the “My Account” section on the home page, that your software has somehow corrected itself so that it now shows me as being a “Platinum VIP Customer.”

I've used Macecraft Power Tools for several years - has saved me a few times, and has repaired some difficult registry issues. Let's see if the latest version maintains that tradition!
