Thanks to New Orleans Boxing Club for the great training session today. 3 rounds of jump rope, 2 rounds of shadow boxing, 6 rounds of heavy bag, then 3 rounds of speed bag. Felt good to throw some punches today. Ready to film!

Today is my 35th birthday. This is the picture I'm posting. A selfie, with no hat. This is what I look like when I'm hanging out at home with my family. I used to look younger, I used to have all of my hair. In your 20's, you erroneously get this feeling that you are apart of the first generation that has hacked into the mainframe of the universe, and reprogrammed it, granting you infinite youth and eternal, indispensable energy. This is wrong. The day you turn 30, your face ...starts to shrivel, your hair follicles wilt and turn grey, and your energy level only exists if you put dense nutrients and disciplined exercise into your body. Heroin addicts take Heroin, not to feel good, but to feel normal. Adults eat healthy and exercise, not to feel good, but to feel normal. The good news for me, is I eat extremely healthy and exercise daily, so I feel great. I feel like I'm in my 20's. However, I look 35. Probably because today is my 35th birthday. My mother-in-law, Paula Capak, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and currently is under the care of hospice. The medical community have decided there is no other hope but we have strength and trust in God. My husband and I have created a GoFundMe page to help alleviate the mounting medical bills they are facing. We also hope to raise enough money to bring her husband home from work. He had to return offshore to maintain insurance coverage but if we can raise enough money he will be able to come home for an unpaid 60 day emergency leave.
