Yes, it is the holiday season. I took precaution

(2) they should have hired extra people to handle all extra packages (which were 100% to be expected).
You can split a package into two smaller packages, have multiple items opened and repackaged

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years but this was the final straw....
Last time my package took almost 25 business days to arrive ( USA to Canada) and this time my package has now gotten lost in the mail and let’s just say it isn’t pretty.
Will be using a new service going forward.
I’d highly recommend if you are just seeing this to change as well.

Customer service reply quickly, within the same day but seems to take several messages to get anything sorted out and they only replied to me once a day. It took over a week of going back and forth every day before my package was ready to be sent out, and I had to speak to customer service on 3 separate occasions about the same package. It was all just a load of faff!
Overall, although it wasn't a complete disaster, I am pretty disappoint
1) You never get replies to emails.. like literally radio silence
2) It takes multiple days for your packages to show up and then another 3-5 days to h...ave them repacked
3) Price have gone up (not necessaril
4) There is almost no way to contact other than email, which they dont respond to anymore.
I guess I'll be looking for another company at this point as my business does not seem to be of value to them.
I see a lot of negative reviews here - But, that's not true in my case. I have always had good experience

It's the holiday season, and that means a lot of people are shopping online buying gifts for friends and loved-ones, and maybe even a little something for themselves! We've seen a huge increase in the amount of packages coming into our warehouse, and we're happy so many of you are using myMallBox to ship your products.
Because of this high volume, it is taking significantly longer to process your packages and requests. Incoming packages might not show... up in your account for 2-3 business days, as opposed to our typical 1-2 business days. Repacks are also taking roughly 2-3 business days. We are working hard to get caught up, but we would like to ask for your patience while we work through this heavy workload.

Hey myMallBoxers! Many of you have received emails from us informing you that some of the items in your packages are considered Dangerous Goods, and we are unable to ship them. We know this is not ideal, and that it causes significant inconvenience. We would like to take a moment to address your questions and concerns regarding these items.
As in international shipper, we are required to obey shipping laws and regulations. Agencies like the FAA (Federal Aviation Administratio...n), IATA (International Air Transport Association), and others oversee shippers and enforce these regulations.
A few months ago, we were visited by a representative of the FAA, and we realized that not all of our procedures were fully in line with their regulations. We have had to take a closer look at our policies to make sure we are following all the important regulations. This includes making sure no prohibited items ship from our warehouse.
One product that many of our customers have ordered this holiday season is PocketBac from Bath & Bodyworks. Due to the high alcohol content, this product is highly flammable and is therefore an example of a Dangerous Good that we are unable to ship.
The good news is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! We are working on becoming a certified shipper of dangerous goods. While we don’t have an exact date as to when we will be able to ship these items, we hope to have our certification by early next year.
