They don’t reply to emails. I ordered in time for xmas and still haven’t received my order as I had to hold my parcel as they couldn’t find one of my parcels for 3 weeks with hardly any communication....
The lady who was eventually emailing was quite rude and given its the holidays excuses. Yh you should b more prepared and state that people may no5 get there items in time for xmas on their website. So let’s c how long it takes to ship now it’s been found.
This is my firs5 time using them not a good first impression at all.
I try one more time 2 c if it’s just because of the holidays if it continues I’m going to take my custom elsewhere to much agro.

Repacking and consolidating packages for free is a good deal but you need to be SO (frustrating) patient with this company. Because of the holiday season, I was being patient with them.

I emailed th...em 5 business days (one week) after my package got delivered and asked where my package had gone. Turned out my order was placed in the wrong suite (someone's account). After emailing them every day since knowing that, it took them 6 (?!?!?) business days to place my package in the RIGHT suite. It takes 2-3 business days to place "normal" packages in each suite but this (which I consider special) task took them more than a week? Not customer friendly at all. (Reason: They couldn't keep up with their tasks which is NOT my problem but theirs)

All right. I was happy that my package was finally placed in my suite. Now I had to consolidate everything. New thing: you need to email them if you don't want them to put the original boxes in the box where all your items are collected in. I didn't know this "new" method before and had to pay so much more shipping because the box took so much space and weight in the envelope.

Fine. I sent customer service an email with my ticket number with my request. What happens?: The person that was going to put all items in one box sent me a message if I would like to have all original boxes removed...........

Communication doesn't seem to exist in this company. If it's not lacking communication, I would say there is NO communication at all ?!

Yes, it is the holiday season. I took precautions BUT they didn't. I ordered everything in time so I could have my stuff before the holidays. Turns out this won't be happening. I was overall satisfied with this company (non-holiday season) but

(1) their communication towards us customers and towards each other as employees suck.
(2) they should have hired extra people to handle all extra packages (which were 100% to be expected). Come one, if one country is celebrating BF and holidays big, it's definitely the States

I did have a problem the first time I used myMallBox. I emailed a few times and then a nice lady helped me, she found my package and sent it to me at no charge. Since then everything has been really g...ood. I want to compliment them on how they consolidated and packed my items, it was so professional and perfect. Nothing was damaged. I live in London and it' only takes DHL 3 days to deliver to me. All in all I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. See More

I bought around $600 of US makeup via @myMallBox � and I was surprised to say the least as how quickly I got my stuff � This really is such a handy service to have, and I believe this is the only mail...ing company that offers it currently (but please tell me if I’m wrong). My Mall Box are also looking into offering some really handy additional services and options – such as discounts and deals for regular customers – they’ve told me they’ll be rolling out their new services throughout the rest of the year, so I look forward to finding out and trialling what they’ll be offering.

You can split a package into two smaller packages, have multiple items opened and repackaged together (to keep shipping costs down) and there’s a very handy FAQ section on the site that literally covers everything – and you can always email their customer services team who are fantastic at answering questions too.

The only thing I would mention to be aware of is it’s worth making a mental note of the restricted items list before making any purchases. Just like the UK, there are certain problem items that they can’t ship – the things that would affect me personally are items like fragrances and candles. This is just a handy thing to know before you place any order

If you’re living outside of the United States but frequently order from the US, then I highly recommend giving MyMallBox a shot.

I’m not one to complain. In fact, I was an early supporter of them when they were just getting started.

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years but this was the final straw....

Last time my package took almost 25 business days to arrive ( USA to Canada) and this time my package has now gotten lost in the mail and let’s just say it isn’t pretty.

Will be using a new service going forward.

I’d highly recommend if you are just seeing this to change as well.

I have just received my first package from Mymallbox and it looks as though the package had to be repacked by DHL because the box has split. It seems that the problem was that the box wasn't strong en...ough to carry the weight of the order so I am a bit disappointed that a stronger box wasn't used. As a result, one of the items inside, a liquid soap, has leaked all over the box and items inside.

I also received no shipping note from the original order - the invoice/receipt was thrown away which made it difficult to return some of the items. They did refund me directly for this after a lot of back and forth. It also says in their terms that they tend to remove packing slips and invoices - they never told me why though?

Customer service reply quickly, within the same day but seems to take several messages to get anything sorted out and they only replied to me once a day. It took over a week of going back and forth every day before my package was ready to be sent out, and I had to speak to customer service on 3 separate occasions about the same package. It was all just a load of faff!

Overall, although it wasn't a complete disaster, I am pretty disappointed so I think I will use a different service next time.

For starters, I like that my box was filled to the rim. I felt that it was the indeed the right size to contain all my items and that I was not deceived in any way. Most of the items I ordered were fr...agile cosmetics and they bubble wrapped everything perfectly. My package was complete and everything was in top notch condition - no broken eye shadow palettes! So impressed with the service, everything was packaged so well and some of my items were fragile. I felt that everything had been put in the correct size box, and once posts it arrived super quickly, ...and even quicker than estimated. It was estimated I would receive the package in 5 days, but I received my package in just two!! See More

Cannot ever get anyone to answer my queries in a timely manner and now it takes 6 days to consolidate a set of parcels - with a combined weight of 25.9 lbs to have it listed as 91.2 lbs with $400 deli...very... really guys... getting too big, too busy and obviously understaffed. I asked for a consolidation on 12Dec17 so I could ship to Australia in time for Christmas and you did it today!!!!! if it didn't have 91.2 lbs on the consolidation I could have shipped it today... hopeless and extremely disappointing. Last parcel got lost and arrived 9 days late. Apparently DHL's fault... getting tired of the time lag and all the errors. Have used you since your Beta days.. not happy myMallBox See More

Service USED to be A+ all the way around but now
1) You never get replies to emails.. like literally radio silence
2) It takes multiple days for your packages to show up and then another 3-5 days to h...ave them repacked
3) Price have gone up (not necessarily their fault but its more expensive than before)
4) There is almost no way to contact other than email, which they dont respond to anymore.

I guess I'll be looking for another company at this point as my business does not seem to be of value to them.

I was really pleased with the service I received from My Mall Box, I've never used a service like this before so I was a bit apprehensive but I loved that you got email alerts when items arrived at yo...ur suite. I consolidated my items into one box, and used the DHL shipping, and it took from Friday to Tuesday to get to the UK. I did have to pay customs, but I received my items by the Thursday. Everything was packaged really well, and everything survived the journey, including a highlighter which i was very worried about it smashing. I'd definitely use the service again! See More

MyMallBox used to be my go to for service. They used to be amazing. Service was epic. Did everything to fix it, stuff got updated constantly, for the holidays they gave updates, and there was a mailin...g list. Staff replied within minutes, or an hour or two, not within a day or two. The quality has just gone to garbage. Really unhappy with where this company went. It really was the best, but I'm debating on switching back to MyUS tbh. See More

I got my packages on time; Consolidated, Securely packed and bubble wrapped with proper invoice etc. As I opted for express DHL shipping, The shipping costs were high. But, still good option consideri...ng I got about 11 lbs weight of items for less than 80 $; And package reached me in less than 4 working days!
I see a lot of negative reviews here - But, that's not true in my case. I have always had good experience with them and I will continue to use their service

Loved this shipping service! The package arrived extremely secure and well packaged. Always received notifications from them when my items arrived at the warehouse and the shipping service was overall... quick as well. Prices were also very reasonable considering the weight and size of the package and the designated country. See More

It's the holiday season, and that means a lot of people are shopping online buying gifts for friends and loved-ones, and maybe even a little something for themselves! We've seen a huge increase in the amount of packages coming into our warehouse, and we're happy so many of you are using myMallBox to ship your products.

Because of this high volume, it is taking significantly longer to process your packages and requests. Incoming packages might not show... up in your account for 2-3 business days, as opposed to our typical 1-2 business days. Repacks are also taking roughly 2-3 business days. We are working hard to get caught up, but we would like to ask for your patience while we work through this heavy workload.

Hey myMallBoxers! Many of you have received emails from us informing you that some of the items in your packages are considered Dangerous Goods, and we are unable to ship them. We know this is not ideal, and that it causes significant inconvenience. We would like to take a moment to address your questions and concerns regarding these items.

As in international shipper, we are required to obey shipping laws and regulations. Agencies like the FAA (Federal Aviation Administratio...n), IATA (International Air Transport Association), and others oversee shippers and enforce these regulations.

A few months ago, we were visited by a representative of the FAA, and we realized that not all of our procedures were fully in line with their regulations. We have had to take a closer look at our policies to make sure we are following all the important regulations. This includes making sure no prohibited items ship from our warehouse.

One product that many of our customers have ordered this holiday season is PocketBac from Bath & Bodyworks. Due to the high alcohol content, this product is highly flammable and is therefore an example of a Dangerous Good that we are unable to ship.

The good news is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! We are working on becoming a certified shipper of dangerous goods. While we don’t have an exact date as to when we will be able to ship these items, we hope to have our certification by early next year.
