You may have heard of the 10,000 hour rule (Malcolm Gladwell), where after 10,000 hours of "deliberate practice", you could become world-class in any field.

There is a different (and in my opinion, more achievable) phenomenon called the "five-hour rule" which is based on READING, REFLECTION, and EXPERIMENTATION.
