Time to change the way we define "leadership"

Preparing for the unexpected, or the inevitable, is never comfortable or easy. Today, we were discussing the importance of setting up emergency access to passwords/accounts.
You may have heard of the 10,000 hour rule (Malcolm Gladwell), where after 10,000 hours of "deliberate practice", you could become world-class in any field.
There is a different (and in my opinion, more achievable) phenomenon called the "five-hour rule" which is based on READING, REFLECTION, and EXPERIMENTATION.
Thoughts?
If you expect to get paid for your work, then you should definitely "pay" up when you use another's time or work!
Just giving photo credit or tagging someone for their work isn't fair payment.
