Shame on Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville for their lack of integrity. Their service rep, Linda Cramer, told my mom her loaner car was the exact same as her E250, which takes diesel, so my mom put 4.5 gal...lons of diesel in it, only to find out it’s a gasoline powered vehicle. The service rep now conveniently states she never made that claim and the dealership is trying to tell my mother she caused thousands of dollars worth of damage and ding her insurance. Fortunately we have friends and family that work in the automotive industry and fully intend to dispute this. In the meantime, avoid the Gainesville dealership take your business to Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville (which is where she bought the vehicle) if you must do business with them at all..... See More

Drove 1 1/2 hours to my appointment for a front end alignment on my Mercedes Sprinter based rv. After doing the paperwork and sitting in the waiting lounge for an hour I was informed that they could n...ot do the job. In making the appointment I was very explicit about the vehicle I was bringing in and was assured by the service writer that they had done others and could do mine. Great service in a timely fashion, Always greeted as soon as we pull up, comfortable waiting area with the BEST snacks and hot/cold beverages.

All around wonderful dealership and service. I switched from a competitor in 2015, swayed by Larry Nero & Chris Lopez's low pressure and quick sale, which was much better than my prior experience in s...outhFL. I have enjoyed consistent great service since. Phil and Dillon come to mind because I have most often worked with them but really everyone is very thorough, polite, and considerate of your time. You can always ask questions and they treat your investment as their own. Chris Baynard should be very proud of his wonderful team! Overpriced repairs !!! We are definitely going to let them take our money for one last time, will definitely let friends know never to purchase a Mercedes from Gainesville location, made the biggest m...istake of buying from them. I luxury car that comes with ridiculous amount of manufacture a part replacements which exceed more than normal oil change and maintenance for the year. You guys are to be shame of yourself. I've mentioned before couple of times, but they won't look into it that I believe our car is a lemon!!!! See More

At the free service clinic they found a tire which had the tread splitting all the way around the tire on the inside where it couldn't be seen with the vehicle on the ground. Thank you for providing t...his excellent and valuable service. If that tire had failed on the road it could have been very bad. See More

Service is poor. Had a repair done about a month ago costing over 1,000 only to go and pick up my car and get less than 5 miles from the dealership and break down again. Apparently the service departm...ent failed to connect the hoses for the cooling system and this almost resulted in my car catching on fire. After it was towed to their facility for a second time, less than a day later the service engine light was on AGAIN and they offered to fix the issue for free. After taking it in, they apparently found another issue that needed to be addressed which cost 400.00. I paid for the service to only be broke down AGAIN about one month later for the same issues that was SUPPOSEDLY fixed! Called for assistance and after being hung up on by the staff (to which they deny) was told by the service manage that there were no loaner cars and to await the tow truck who will arrive in an hour but can't transport me anyplace. An hour away from home standing on the side of the road with all of my belongings in 90 degree heat! No compassion and poor service! I will ensure to spread this experience to my network so that they don't have to experience this type of treatment. See More

Love, George Bush was our salesman he was was absolutely awesome. Never had a better salesman at any dealership. We were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Weather we choose to buy new or... a certified new Mercedes-Benz. Will definitely be back for the next var we buy and bonis when you buy a vehicle from here you get free car detailing as often and as many as I like for life.
