Medford Lakes CODE BLUE Winter Coat Drive:
The Borough of Medford Lakes is asking for new or gently used* winter coats to assist those in need during this exceptionally cold winter. We will be working with the Burlington County Health Department to distribute the coats to local shelters. Please bring the new or gently used* coats to the Borough Office at 1 Cabin Circle between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM M-F.

*Please machine wash gently used coats prior to drop off.

Happy New Year! The Borough will begin Christmas Tree pickup on January 22nd, in the following zone order: 4, 1, 2, and 3. Please place your tree within six (6) feet of the pavement, free of any brush or leaves, to be eligible for pick up.

Borough Update: The Borough will do a second borough wide leaf pick up beginning Monday November 27th. The order will be Zone, 3, 4, 1, and 2. This will be the final pick up for the 2017 fall season. Please have your leaves ready for pick up in the proper format shown below:

Fall Leaf Collection Update:
Medford Lakes Public Works Department will be doing the FINAL leaf collection of all zones starting Monday November 27th. We will go in district order (3, 4, 1, & 2) Please have all leaves out no later than the 27th as we will not return until the Spring Collection on April 24th. If you miss the FINAL pick up you are welcome to bring leaves down to public works any Saturday's between 7:30am-12:30pm. If you have any questions please call 609-654-9383

Please join the Medford Lakes Borough Council at Leon E. Todd Memorial Park on Thursday November 9th at 6:30 pm for the ribbon cutting of two Take A Book Libraries. The Medford Lakes Women's Auxiliary and Medford Lakes Girls Scout Troop 24252 constructed and donated these libraries, which will provide reading opportunities in the park for both youth and young adults. Kudos to both organizations for their focus on our community!

Borough Update: Brush pick up has been completed until the spring pick up so please discontinue placing brush curbside. The Borough does offer brush drop off at the DPW complex every Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Fall Leaf Collection begins on Monday November 6th. The collection route will follow district order 3, 4, 1 & 2. Please do not mix leaves with brush, and avoid placing leaves behind obstructions like utility poles and trees. To effectively complete collection this year please have leaves face the street per the diagram on the Medford Lakes Borough website. Thank you!

Name our Leaf Truck! Tonight at the MLFD Fire Prevention Open House. The Borough's new automated leaf truck will be running demonstrations at tonight's event located at the Fire House 7-9. Have your child submit a slogan idea and name for the truck (free entry cards will be available at the demo). The winner will be selected and announced at the Borough Council Meeting this Thursday 10/12!
