A female bicycle rider was not seriously injured after a collision with a vehicle that occurred about 20 minutes ago at the intersection of G Street and Park Avenue, Merced Police said.

Medics are currently tending to a man with minor injuries who told Merced police he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle on McKee Road near East 27th Street. However, police at the scene said they are investigating whether that was the case due to discrepencies with the physical evidence.
