Seven Things That High Achievers Don’t Do
What is a high achiever? Is it someone who accomplishes many goals? Is it someone who works harder than anyone else? It turns out, high achievers are simply those who frame their lives with a different mindset and, in return, gain significant accomplishments. High achievers have a strong desire to accomplish something important.
Then they get gratification from success in demanding tasks. They are willing to work towards their goals ...for a long period of time, something often referred to as “grit.” Low achievers, however, are failure-avoiding individuals. That is, they are more worried about protecting themselves from embarrassment and give up very quickly.
They may procrastinate, give less than their best effort, or engage in other self-sabotaging behaviors to avoid the responsibility of failure.
So what can you do to shift your thinking and become a high achiever? Below are 7 strategies. These are 7 things that high achievers DON’T do so that you can avoid the same:
1) They don’t waste time focusing on set-backs; instead they turn those set-backs into come-backs
2) They don’t shy away from change. Anything that grows goes through change.
3) They do not try to please everyone; stand for something

5) They don’t see failure as defeat; instead, it is feedback
6) They don’t mind standing out
7) They don’t fear hard work
The best method for helping you to achieve is to schedule it. Put your goals in writing because it helps manifest them and keeps you on track.
