Normally we love Mezza but last night's experience was different. After a busy day we decided to treat ourselves and order takeout at the Clayton park location.... I had schwarma wrap and my husband a donair. My wrap was just ok with very little chicken and they told him they couldn't put salt and pepper on it. Tell me the point of getting a wrap and then having to unwrap it. Usually they will happily put it on.
My husband's donair. Well. He asked for no onions. That did not mean just put maybe three diced tomatoes on it. Then we realized instead of donair sauce they added a tiny bit of garlic sauce on it instead. Thanks for the dry plain yucky donair. Would have gone have gone back but it was late and frankly the service was poor and didn't expect much anyway. Will be a looooong time before we spend our treat money there again. Went to the Sackville location this past Saturday night. We got there at about 9:40pm...sign said open until 10. There was a young man working out back, a wo...man over at the cash doing some paperwork, and a young woman finishing up an order for another customer. The young woman took several minutes before even acknowledging we were there (there were 2 of us). Then she asked for my order and completely ignored the person with me. I have only been here once before and the service was awesome so that is what I was expecting....that is NOT what I got. She did not ask what we wanted or give us options We had to ask for each piece of our meal/order - and she rolled her eyes everytime we did so. To top it off, when we got home there was no garlic sauce for my shwarma plate...and thus it was quite dry. Very disappointed with this experience to say the least. This girl clearly wanted to go home and treated us like we were an inconvenience for her. With that attitude she shouldn't be working in the service industry. عرض المزيد

I love Mezza. The Lower Sackville location is my favourite. They're always friendly and the food is always exceptional. However, the Dartmouth location needs he...lp. I understand it's busy, but staff seem more concerned with getting customers out the door rather than quality. Everything I done sloppily, and the staff aren't engaging at all. I've been to this location more than once and always get the same thing. Chicken schwarma wrap combo with fries. Every time, my fries have been undercooked. This time was by far the worst. My fries were limp, my wrap was sloppy and SMALL. Mostly lettuce, and barely any chicken. There's a very slim chance I will return to this location. Which makes me sad because I truly love Mezza. عرض المزيد

I love Mezza. Anytime I am in Halifax it's the place I go to and I usually get an extra shawarma for my trip home. And the pickled turnip are the best. Can you please open one in Saint John, NB. I think it would do extremely well.

This is one of my weekly places to go for a bite. Huge fan of the grape leaf rolls and of course the donair shawarma is a must! Always friendly service.

Normally I love the food. For whichever reason at lunch one of the girls refuses to give me more than 2 scoops of the schwarma chicken. I pay for three but she ...says it's only two. Consistency would be good as everyone else gives the appropriate amount. I have brought this up to her, she refuses to give me the third scoop. Halifax shopping center location. عرض المزيد

I ate at Mezza for the first time about a month ago. Every time I am in the HRM I make it a point to stop in. Food is delicious and I wish we had a location in New Brunswick.

I ususlly get tabouli here once or twice a week for a number of months now.. always great! Except I notice today that it scooped out in to my bowl rather sloppy... and all of the parsley in it dark and old looking, what s up with that?! I LOVE Mezza, we look for any reason to go.
Yesterday at 11 the Clayton park location was super busy for takeout, our service didn't suffer at all!
Excellent every time I go...you NEED to open in Elmsdale!

Mezza is usually my go to stop for lunch with the girls. Yesterday we visited the Burnside location to be greeted with a volatile employee. My friend watched th...e employee realize the wrap she was making was falling apart in a million pieces and still attempted to roll it. When my friend asked for a new pita the employee rolled her eyes and said something to another employee in a different language. We were not asked if we wanted pickles or turnip added to our wraps as we usually are either. It ruined the enjoyment we usually get when visiting. عرض المزيد

I love mezza it is probably my favorite shawarma and falafel in the city. Was even happier when they expanded and got a Burnside location. Now if we could get someone to Franchise that Cole Harbour location I'd have it close to work and home.

I have been disappointed last couple times with Mezza in Lower Sackville. Food portions have dropped considerably and my chicken was actually very dry When I had it last week. Very disappointing.

Just had the worst Chicken Shawarma Wrap from Mezza Lebanese Kitchen in Scotia Square. The lettuce was old looking, the garlic sauce wasn't actually as garlicky... as it should be (Didn't taste like traditional Lebanese one) and the Chicken was cold and very dry like it had sat under a heat lamp or in a hot well for far too long. I was really craving a good one and was hoping for the best but was left very disappointed. I will not be eating #Mezza Shawarma Wraps anymore. Also I am glad I don't care for Pickled Turnips because theirs were very dry and very unappetizing looking. Worst ones I have ever seen... Think a manager needs to be double checking quality at that location or they need a new manager. عرض المزيد

I thought I would give mezza a try today, I went to the Halifax Shopping Center location and I enjoyed it very much. I ate a chicken shwarma poutine and it was very good. I will be coming back, kind service, great food, would recommend to anyone who is looking to try something new

I was at the Sackville location the other day and I was very upset to learn they got rid of the kids menu! I brought my family there on a regular basis, I loved... that my boys would eat the food as it's healthier then other fast food restaurants. My boys loved the jr options , the portion and price was perfect. I don't understand how you can put a kids menu up and then take it away???? I will not be back with my family as there are no options for children and I refuse to pay for an adult meal for them as they will only waste it! It's very, very disappointing. You put your restaurant in between two other food establishments that offer kids menus, why would you just get rid of yours??? عرض المزيد
