PATERSON opens this Friday! The latest from director Jim Jarmusch starring Adam Driver. Peter Travers at Rolling Stone said of the film: "Adam Driver gives his loveliest, most lyrical performance in this Jim Jarmusch film-one of the year's best-that takes its good, sweet time working its way into your mind and heart. But when it does, you're a goner." Showtimes start February 17 at 4:00 PM. Tickets are on sale now >>http://bit.ly/2lkxX0C

If I could give a zero, I would because that is what I got out of the experience. Six of us (my husband, my two Beatles-fan young sons, my parents in from out o...f town, and myself) drove in two cars over an hour after we bought tickets in advance to see "Eight Days a Week" because this was the closest location to us showing the movie.

First of all, the ushers didn't realize we weren't there to see the other event, a concert that we had no idea was happening. They told us our tickets were no good. Then we pointed out why we were there. We were sent on our way through the direction-less maze to find the movie theater.

Secondly, when we were in the theater, they announced, recanted, re-announced, recanted again, and finally announced that the projector was broken and offered us raincheck tickets. We spoke with the man who shared this news that coming back to this theater would be incredibly inconvenient and we wanted a refund. He was able to accommodate this, but not our request to be reimbursed for parking or gas.

In other words, we drove over two and a half hours round-trip for nothing, which is my rating of the Michigan Theater. You had one job, to show us a movie you advertised and offered that we prepaid for, and you didn't deliver on your end. Terribly disappointed.

Love the beautiful Michigan Theater! I especially enjoy the pre movie organ performances. They have a good variety of current and classic movies. If Ihave a choice to see a movie at the Michigan vs. one of the big movie venues at the mall, I always choose the Michigan.

We just saw Elvis Costello and, once again, we really enjoyed the venue. We've seen many concerts there over the years and it's truly a beautiful venue. It's a ...bit tight getting in (the building is old, after all) and parking can be rough (but that has nothing to do with the venue), but I always look forward to seeing a show there. See More

Took my daughter to see Daniel Tiger live. Good ushers who were polite and showed us our seats. Good order and professionalism all around. The website clearly directed you to parking which ended up working great after the 90 minute compute we had. Thanks, would definitely go back.

Beautiful venue, friendly staff, the temperature in the building was perfect (usually places like this is too cold and you end up with frozen toes), unique experience, popcorn was great, we watched Patriots Day! Mahalo 〽️

At 3pm (show time) there was still a line of families wirh young children and babies down the block on a bitterly cold day. Also, you need to put another changing table or two in the bathrooms.

Easy parking access with great handling of the large rush of the F3T crowd ... wish that they had a sign in membership instead of the paid membership to buy beer

Great location, easy access to parking garage and restaurants. Has a concession stand but weren't allowed to bring snacks/drinks into the Frosty play.. anytime you have young kids attending the show snacks help keep them quiet!

Hung around downtown for 2 hours to buy tickets when the box office opened at 3:45 for an 8pm concert that night only to be told that advance tickets for conce...rts are sold only through Ticketmaster (where a $35 ticket costs $50). A simple sign to that effect ought to be right above, below or next to the box office hours. See More

I absolutely loved the experience of watching Manchester By the Sea inside the cozy Annex Room at the Michigan Theater, which remains one of the finest places to see a film. As always, five stars.

Saw "Elf". First time in the theater. Loved it! It is beautiful inside. The movie was free and they have real butter for the popcorn.

Saw LaLa Land on New Year's Eve. Great organ player before the picture started. In November, we went to the White Christmas sing a long; it has become a tradition. Love this place and it's location to Ann Arbor restaurants.

I went to a midnight showing and the theater is lovely. Definitely has an elegant antique feel. The crew were all polite. Plus, it's about a half block from a parking garage and lots of places to eat.

Concert was great, but they kept letting people in for an hour after the concert started. Since we were on the isle, it was like watching a concert across a busy street.
