When we decided on Wednesday afternoon to have pizza we eagerly went to Midtown kosher pizza. As we were approaching the pizza stand we saw young woman leaving ...from behind the counter. Turned out she was the only one who knows how to make pizza, the young boy she left in charge was just a pizza delivery boy. We have. Waited over 30 minutes for her to return. The young boy felt really bad, unable to reach her over the phone he stated that drinks will be free with our order. We had finally got our pizza but when we went to at the lady informed me that money for the drinks will come out of the boy's pay, unless I want to cover it myself. I have asked for a phone # of the owner and she rather rudely informed me that she will not give me the name, or the number and that she has " things to do", she does not have to be here all the time. She also refused to give her name. A shame, a nice pizza place and a nice delivery boy, but unbelievably rude manager". عرض المزيد

The girl who works here gives the best customer service and knows how to get my pizza cooked right without burning it. Having been in the biz myself a few years ago I know how vital it is to have the best service and she outshines herself every time.
