This app really helped me with my quality of sleep and stress levels. Before making it part of my routine, anxiety and poor sleep where a daily obstacle. I can now run my business with a much clearer and more focused mind, from the convenience of my iPhone!

It is so an amazing app. The only thing that I don't like is, that android users can't use the app. I was try the app on my brothers Iphone and I really love it! Now I use my Samsung and its really sad that I can't use it here. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. :)
