i recently completed the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course with Ela Amarie and I have to give her 5 stars for my perception of her presence, intuition, responsiveness to the situ...ation and to the participants, and loving compassion. I highly recommend this course and even though I have been meditating for years and was doing this as part of a training for a Mindfulness in Education training, I personally benefitted from following the structure that has lots of empirical data to back it. 8 week Stress Reduction Course: Maximize Wellbeing and Resilience. Learn Mindfulness and Meditation.

MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is an 8-week program that teaches you how to balance the nervous system, quiet the mind, energize the body, regulate emotions, and develop stress resilience.

Learn how to clear your mind of thoughts, let go of fears and anxieties, reverse or prevent burnout, and get back in touch with your body and mind.

MBSR Course

MBSR is a structured complementary medicine program that consists of 2h – 2h 30min sessions once per week for 8 weeks plus a half-day retreat during a weekend day.

This highly experiential, participatory and practical course involves:

– Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
– Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
– Group dialogue and mindful communication exercises aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life
– Daily home assignments (aprox. 45min daily)
– Handouts and audio guided meditations.

Dates: 12th of April - 7th of June 2018
Retreat Day: 6th of May

Cost: includes weekly handouts, audio guided meditations, 8 sessions of 2h30min, retreat day, support in case you miss a class.
