Uggh, the Dalton office is terrible. Called before Christmas to schedule a furnace cleaning as mine was cycling on and off, going through gobs of oil, all of which I explained to the scheduler. They... scheduled me for a delivery on 12/27, and service on 1/3. In the week between 12/27 and 1/3 I went through about 100 gallons of oil. They called a secondary and telephone number on the 2nd to inform me that they were cancelling the service call for the following day. After spending most of a day trying to speak with a human, I was put in touch with a gentleman in the Binghampton office who, 40 minutes later, calls me and tells me that the best they can do is a service call in mid January. Who are these people? Why are they in this business? From my perspective, they are way out of their depth. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be dropping this company like a hot rock. Look elsewhere for your heating fuel and service requirements. See More

Mirabito install the furnace in my home two years ago. The installer wraped some wires around a pipe with blue tape… I didn’t pay much attention to it I thought he was just trying to be neat. This hea...ting season I smelled a strange smell from the furnace and I had a technician from Mirabito come over. He said the smell was coming from the tape wires and I was billed $123.26. When I tried to tell them that the problem was caused by thier installer, They insisted that they don’t use that color tape! Really?… It was also implied that I would not get another oil delivery unless I paid this… This is thievery! Mirabito you should be ashamed of yourself. I went to another oil company and ended up getting oil cheaper! Not recommended this is an unethical business practice. See More

I have been with mirabito for several years now. This morning I awoke to a cold home with an empty oil tank. I have been on automatic delivery since day one. When I called to alert them they said the...y would try to get someone here in a day or two and informed me to go get some diesel fuel and put it in the tank. HORRIBLE way to do business. I hope the company has good insurance for when my house freezes and ruins all the floors because of radiant heat. I pay good money to ensure there is always heat in my home. Maybe they should send a technician out with some diesel to get it going See More

Unfortunately, there aren’t many other gas stations around here to go to anymore, so I usually end up at one of these. Tonight, I needed to stop after work at the station on Upper Front/Lt. VanWinkle,... I understand that they close at 10pm but I pulled in a couple of mins before 10, all of the lights were still on and there were people inside the store. I began to pump gas and within seconds, all of the lights shut off and the pump shut off on me while I was still pumping. Ummmm, that’s terrible business! I was already there, they could see I was there, and that I had already started to pump... (I also don’t understand why the pumps get shut off, when other gas stations leave theirs on), but regardless, it still aggravated me, so I hung the nozzle up, got back in my car and drove down the road to the Sunoco. � See More

EVERYONE!! STAY AWAY!!! My wife bought milk from the Harpursville, NY location, filled my son's sippy cup, and a short time after drinking it he was vomiting uncontrollably! We looked at the date and was 3 days past expiration!! These people do NOT check the shelf dates of their products! We went back and tried to explain the issue and were told "sorry, but it's not my fault you didn't read the date" last I knew they weren't supposed to even sell expired products! These people do not care and obviously hire incompetent workers!! I can only imagine how bad their pizza is.. they MUST use expired ingredients in that too! If you like getting sick, by all means go in there and buy their stuff...but don't expect any resolution based on their incompetence!! See More

"0" isn't an option so 1 it is. Mirabito HAD my business, but not anymore. Having to stand in the cold for almost 10mins for a "cashier" to authorize a pump is ridiculous. As a disabled combat Veteran... it's hard enough for me to get around most days as it is, so standing in the cold waiting for a pump to be authorized is CRAP! I went across the street to SPEEDWAY filled my tank, got a drink, and was back on the road in less then 10mins! Never again will I patronize another mirabito station!!!!!!!! See More

I keep getting bills from this company I don't know. I call them to get it straightened out. The number on the bill is useless. They don't know whose bill it is. So I call the home office and talk to ...the secretary of the owner of the company. She tells me they found the right client this bill belongs to and don't worry about it. It's all taken care of. Three months later I receive another bill which showed its 60 DAYS PAST DUE and two FINANCE CHARGES where added to it. Account # 363581. This company thinks it filled my tank and fixed my new furnace. I call for a BOYCOTT of this company until they send me a letter of apology and an assurance the right owner of this bill receives it. mirabito in fulton ,ny shorts you 1 pint in gas. filled up my 1gallon mower tank and the pump said 1.003 gallons but was 2 inches below the gallon mark on the red tank! still ripping people off i see!

I swear with my name that I will never fuel my car at Mirabito again! My friend and I stopped by to fuel my car in a nearby mirabito gas station which is close to our neighborhood. I chose regular as ...usual, why would I need super? Well, at $40 my car still wanted more fuel, what? It sucked all $50! I knew something was wrong. I was sure, I pressed Regular which was blinking so much and the receipt read Super.. Basically, the machine gave me Regular but charged me Super price.. The customer agent in the shop said that I could only come the following day to have it fixed. When I came today to complain, they just yelled at me as if I was a thieve. It was very intimidating and embarrassing and they insisted that I chose Super. Those agents should have listened to me first, any computer can cause errors and we all know that. I went to the Mirabito in Binghamton by the college and jail, and the bathroom was nasty. There was poop all over the toilet and the sink was nasty. I will never go to that one again

Usually I love your store, however this morning as my friend and I attempted to check out the cashier, who had long dark hair, started talking about the election and why she was not voting for one. T...he tone and content of her conversation was highly inappropriate and delayed us. It seems highly inappropriate that employees should express such opinions while wearing uniforms and on the clock. Not only that the content was not appropriate for the surroundings. I will be visiting the gas station across the street from now one. See More

I've loved everything about it till tonight. I was getting gas at 9:42 and they turned off the lights when three other people and myself were pumping gas. I'm pretty sure your sign said ten when I was... done pumping at 9:46 I tried to open and get a drink the guy pretended to not see me the sign said open till 10pm I will report!!!!!! And at least pretend to care it's really dark without lights at night and I'm pumping gas I think this is a concern for my well being and others. I want an apology from the two people working I've worked in retail 10 years this is someone that should be written up. See More

price gouging on heating oil. charging between .27 and .42 cents more a gallon than other local heating fuel services.

very unreliable for home heating oil delivery. They promised delivery to fill my tank on four different days this week. My tank is inside my attached garage and I had to be home for delivery, they showed up on any of the days. Be prepared to wait a long time for them to come for a delivery and hope you don't freeze in the process See More

I am from out of state I went to your store by burger king the sunoco in Norwich ny last week and the girls that work there Allysa and Christy there name tags said r very friendly and make you feel r...eally welcome when u come into the store and it's such a clean place. They set you up to fail, only giving a damn about themselves and no one else. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. They have unrealistic demands and my ex-regional manager is such a diva. Everything is way and everyone else is wrong. He doesn't ask for input on anything. My ex DM would throw her own nana under the bus to save her own ass. They're all bullies and the employees and public deserve better. I would never recommend working for them. I'm sure as hell never going to buy anything from them again. They deserve to go down in flames. See More

The one in unadilla needs a new manager every week she is always out of something. I went to buy cigarettes the ones I get are barely ever in stock everyone always complaining about how she doesn't or...der anything. The employees are great but the manager ( brenda) sucks anyone could run that store better than her. She doesn't do anything she expects the employees to multitask while shes sitting right there. She will ignore customers until the employee comes to help even when they are busy making lunch. I went to get sub's the other day and there was no fresh lettuce the tomatoes were once again bad and so was the turkey. See More

On my way to work this week I stopped at the location in West Winfield to get a Subway sandwich for lunch.
There was nobody at the Subway counter. A blond lady said somebody will be 'right' with me. ...I waited for 3,5 minutes. 3 people are on the other side by the register.

I asked if someone could take my order. One female says "She went outside for a smoke" The other female seemed to be in charge but did nothing to find the person.
I waited another minute. Went to the rest room, came back and still nobody at the Subway counter.

I had enough. Very disappointed!
