Beachbody is completely changing my lifestyle for the best! I've changed the way I look at food and my body and it's incredibly empowering 💜 I can do fun workouts at home and don't need a gym any more. Today I've burned nearly 400kcals, in 40 minutes, at home and without having to use any weights💪🏼

Something I've come to realise in the past few months is that the only thing stopping you from being your best, is you. If you want something enough, push yourself. Break through y...our limits and constantly think positively. You can do this!

One of the most effective ways I've found to keep myself going every day is posting in an accountability group and on my fitness Instagram. Getting words of encouragement from others doing the same thing keeps me going and shows you that you're not the only one going through it.
