Having started in 1882, MIT now competes in the NERFU Men’s Division III league and has had great success in recent years. MIT is looking to continue this success, while also developing the club.

· Ability to build a solid DIII club that is sustainable
· Ability to plan 2 focused trainings a week (usually Tuesday and Thursday nights)
· Ability to provide instruction and encouragement to players of all skill levels

· Manage fair playing time among “A” and “B” teams
· Keep the practices challenging, engaging, and fun
· Work with team captains to continually improve practices and provide feedback to players

Much like the recent growth of lacrosse in the United States, rugby may be in position for a similar surge in the future.
